When I was ten years old, I was a grade four primary school student in a small town. I had a happy time at school because I had a few good friends there. We usually spent our spare time together, doing our homework, going to the amusement park, playing with our pets, and sharing

、 park and sat on the bench, staring at the sky. And then I had a nap. When I woke up, I decided to go back to my hometown, where my former teachers and friends lived. So I went to the railway station. There I was stopped by a policeman, who asked for my ID card, which I didnt have at the time. Then
、the policeman called someone and I was asked to stay with him. Paragraph 1:An hour later, I found my parentsrunningtowards me.Paragraph 2:The next day, when I was sent to school by my parents, I was afraid I wouldbe punished.
01读取信息(Reading)寻找五大故事元素(five essential story elements)角色(The characters)以及可能的“人设”“ I ”(the protagonist)- a ten-year old / a grade four primary student / a migrant to a bigger
、 city with parents / a new comer to a totally new school根据材料,可以找到一些描写“我”的词:lonely (loneliness), sadness, disappointingly, worry,但是“我”非常怀念家乡和家乡的小伙伴们,所以让我们再加上homesick一词。my parents-(inferred from the given sentence)migrants to a bigger city父母为了工作背井离乡,也属无奈。
但是从续写段落的提示句“I found my parents running towards me”,不难推测出父母当时的心情:anxious, worried, frightened,很正常的父母,不是吗?teachers and classmates in the new school材料中的新学校师生们似乎不太友好,“How I secretly wished that someone would come to me and introduce himself to me or even
、play a trick on me, but disappointingly, nobody came”。续写第二段所给提示句“The next day, when I was sent to school by my parents, I was afraid I would be punished. hometown friends - sources of fond memories背景(The setting)这个故事的背景不是难点,根据故事发展经过,我们可以找到以下这些:hometown-a new bigger cit
、y -a new school -the new city streets and park -the police station(续写第一段) -the new school(续写第二段)当然,“我”的新家也可以考虑进去。 冲突(The conflicts)冲突分为内部冲突(The internal conflicts)和外部冲突(The external co
、nflicts)。内部冲突往往是主人公和自我的冲突(man vs. self),外部冲突多见于“角色与角色”(man vs.man)、“角色与社会”(man vs. society)、“角色与自然”(man vs. nature)和“角色与科技”(manvs. technology)。
Life can be hard. One needs to gather courage.A friend in need is a friend indeed.Time and tide wait for no man.You must strive to find your own voice.Seize the day and make your life extraordinary.Leave your past behind and embrace the present.02预测发展(Predicting)根据写作内容,我们需要完成两个任务:1)父母火急火燎地赶到警察局后
Paragraph 1:I told my parentsmy problem in the police station / on the way home / at home.My parents comforted / encouraged / helped me.Paragraph 2:I was not punished by the teacher as assumed.I made friends with my new classmates.03续写故事(Writing)有了大概的故事走向,我们就要把它落实在文
An hour later, I found my parents running towards me.Theylooked worr
