1、Text 5Bill of Lading1.The Concept of Bill of Lading B/L is a receipt from the carrier after it receives goods,and is also a certificate of transportation.B/L represents ownership of goods;it is a certificate of ownership.The carrier only exchanges original B/L with goods.B/L is a receipt for the shi
2、pper from the carrier,signature of the carrier or its agent in B/L indicates that the carrier has received goods well,and the goods are waiting for transportation from the port of loading to the destination.2.The Function of Bill of Lading(1)B/L is the receipt of lading from the carrier.(2)B/L is th
