1、高中化学校本课程教材化学实验大埔县家炳第一中学化学组编课程立项说明:一、课程(教材)内容本课程,主要针对高二学生开设,本学期共开设十八个课时(见目录)。二、课程(教材)组织以及实施方案课程目标包括:1、知识与技能 懂得运用已学化学知识。如卤素,物质的量浓度等了解某些各类食物主要成分的营养作用,以及可能的特征反应。了解人体中元素的存在形式,知道常量元素与微量元素;懂得一些生活常识。2、过程与方法初步学会运用多种手段查找资料,调查研究,运用比较、分类、归纳、概括等方法主动获取有用信息;了解食品的主要成分;了解化学研究的初步方法,知道定性分析与定量分析。主动与他人进行交流和分享。3、情感态度与价值观
2、逐步建立科学的世界观,用一分为二的辩证唯物主义观点看待食物营养对人体健康的影响;逐步认识化学科学的发展在生活实际中的不可或缺的贡献。逐步认识学习科学知识的意义,热爱科学。本课程的学习方法导航本课题的教学可采用开放式的教学方式,将学生分成四人的小组或八人大组,明确要求每个组按照:课前查资料、做前看资料、动手用知识、做完细思考、课后还可做的程序安排课堂内容。由学生独立自主完成实验操作,指导学生运用知识,熟练操作。培养学生处理和获取有用信息的能力。同时也培养学生的合作意识和语言表达能力。教学中,教师努力创设问题的真实情景,采用问题驱动、角色扮演等形式引导学生正确理解课堂内容,并能辩证地从正反两方面来

10、时内容都包括背景知识介绍,实验原理、操作说明,细则指导。以及课堂思考题和课堂评价(包括学生自我评价、仪器整理、教师评价三项内容)几大板块内容。前后课时之间还通过“前节知识巩固”板块进行衔接。部分章节还备有课后家庭小实验选作,满足学生继续学习的求知愿望。实验一让学生了解化学反应中能量的变化,并培养动手能力和成就感,激发学习兴趣。实验二通过模拟酸雨形成既联系初中所学同时加深学生运用化学知识解决环保问题的意识。实验三通过联系生活常见物质与化学指示剂让学生体会化学课本知识与日常生活紧密相连。实验四通过不溶性硅酸盐常呈现特殊的颜色让学生能体会到化学的神奇。实验五通过学生对自己指纹的鉴定,了解指纹鉴定的一
11、般方法,并与学生新学内容卤素知识相联系,让学生体会运用知识的乐趣。实验六在复习强化对身边食品成分的鉴定基础上,让学生动手了解食品中成分的变化及其生产生活中的运用。实验七让学生亲历氧化还原知识的运用。实验八从化学的角度了解身边的食物成分,学会用已学化学知识对食品进行鉴定,增进学生对物质化学性质和特征反应的认识。实验九通过一种有机物的认识启示学生还有许多未知的东西,激发学生继续探究的欲望。实验十则通过课堂抢答加深学生对化学与环保以及身边的化学的了解。教材说明:教材安排为十八个课时的内容,前面十六个课时涵盖了贴近学生生活以及现实所学内容的简单实验,第十七课时通过课堂分组抢答的方式让学生了解更多化学在

26、编码:CP6T10B6O7D10 HD9G6R3A4O2 ZA1Y4N7W1U3文档编码:CP6T10B6O7D10 HD9G6R3A4O2 ZA1Y4N7W1U3化学实验一化学“冰箱”与冰袋背景知识:现代家庭离不开电冰箱,尤其在夏天,储存食物可以长期不腐败。但外出与郊游时,需要保鲜食品或致冷饮料就成了难题,本实验使用化学试剂制冷技术,可在夏季形成 0-5低温小环境,食物一天不变味,饮料随时取用都凉爽可口。实验一:实验原理:无机盐溶于水的过程包括两个部分,首先是在水分子作用下破坏原有无机盐的离子晶格,使无机盐的组成离于进入水溶液,这个过程需吸热;然后离子与水分子化合形成水合离子,这个过程放热。
