2、WISE SPECIFIED IN THE INDIVIDUAL PIPING CLASSES:如果各管道等级中没有另外规定，以下说明则适用于所有阀门：3.0 Section III-Valve Notes 第3部分阀门说明 3.1 General 总则 3.1.1 Face-to-face dimensions of steel flanged valves shall conform to ASME B16.10 to the extent covered.For valves not covered in ASME,certified dimensions drawings shall
3、be provided by the Vendor.钢制法兰阀门的面对面尺寸应符合ASME B16.10标准的有关内容要求。对于ASME标准未包括的阀门，阀门制造厂应提供经过认证的尺寸图纸。3.1.2 Unless otherwise noted,DN 100 and smaller ASME Class 150 control valves shall be furnished with ASME Class 300 flanged connections.The designer shall check instrument vendor data/drawings to verify f

6、erfly valves that are threaded lug or dual flange design shall only be used as required for“dead end”service and these valves shall be clearly noted on the applicable piping drawing.应在合适的位置安装对夹蝶阀。螺纹凸缘或双法兰设计型蝶阀仅能用于“堵塞端”；这些阀门应在有关管道图上清楚地注明。3.1.5 Ball,Butterfly and Plug valves shall be reviewed for cap

10、 and orientation of double seated gate valves,where specified,in ASME Class 600 and greater and in sizes DN 500 and larger shall be reviewed(process systems/piping engr)for various operation modes to minimize the potential for trapping of liquid in the center cavity.对于在ASME等级600和规格DN500中规定使用的双座闸阀的定位

12、2.3 Gate valves DN 50 and smaller shall be conventional port,unless otherwise noted.如果没有另外规定，规格DN50的闸阀应采用常规阀孔。3.2.4 Gate valves used as isolation valves in pressure relief systems should be installed with stems oriented horizontally or if this is not feasible the stem could be oriented downward to a
