29、蓄电池的性能CELL SPECIFICATION电动叉车用蓄电池的放电特性电动叉车用蓄电池放电率与容量的关系电动叉车用蓄电池的温度与容量的关系电动叉车用蓄电池的放电深度与寿命的关系上图为叉车蓄电池各种放电曲线，是反映放电电流的增大引起内外部电压变化的曲线。上右图为蓄电池的放电率与容量的关系曲线。蓄电池放电电流的求解方法如右。5 小时率（5HR）=400Ah/5=80A3 小时率（3HR）=400Ah*0.85/3=113A2 小时率（2HR）=400Ah*0.75/2=150A1 小时率（1HR）=400Ah*0.6/1=240A可看出，当叉车的工作越多，或者高速运转时，使用时间会相应缩短。图
30、示的蓄电池的温度与容量的关系可看出随着温度的降低蓄电池的容量也随着温度的降低而变化。A.电解液的扩散性减弱，两极活性物质的化学反应钝化。B电解液的电阻增大，起电力变低。这种现象体现于，在冬季的叉车使用时间要比夏季短。同理，在冷藏库里使用时，叉车在一天中使用时间亦会缩短。建议在上述情况下使用前将蓄电池预热升温。（适温为 30左右）。图示的蓄电池放电深度与寿命的关系可看出蓄电池一回使用的放电量与寿命成反比关系。另外由于蓄电池的放电过程中内阻不断增大，在放电终了时为内阻最大值。这是由于放电过程中极板内生成导电性不良的硫酸铅造成的。为了防止极板硫酸铅化引起蓄电池寿命缩短，在放电结束后应尽快进行充电。D

34、g time of its battery is shorter in Winter than that of it in Summer,specially in case of work in a refrigerated warehouse.the actual available working time of a battery is conspicuously shortened due to high frequency of lifting works made(because large electric current is discharged in this case.A
35、s a countermeasures against the problem mentioned above,it is recommended to charge a battery to be used in Winter or in a refrigerated warehouse to be a little overcharged condition and besides to warm up the temperature of it in adcance(the most suitable temperature of battery in this case seems t
36、o be about 30)Depending more or less on the use and using condition,ect.of a fork lift truck,in ordinary cases the life of a storage battery is indicated by its endurable years for use or capable cycles between charging and discharging before the capacity of battery has decreased to be 60%to 80%of t
