1、一、精密冲床防震脚安装说明Mounts for press installation guide安装前，请确认基座之型号规格是否正确。Before installation,make sure the model and the specification arecorrect.安装说明Installation guide 所需工具：公制口径 46mm(M30)开口扳手、水平尺、爪式千斤顶。Required tools:46mm(M30)open wrench,level bar,and claw jack.安装前请先将防震脚上方的 2 颗 M8 螺栓移除。(如图 1)Remove two M
2、8 bolts above the mounts(Fig 1).以爪式千斤顶慢慢将设备抬高至使临时木台(110120 mm)相同高度。(如图 2)Elevate the equipment with claw jack gradually to the same height as the wooden panel(110120mm)(Fig 2).将防震脚放置于与设备的正确安装位置。(如图 3)Place the mounts on the correct location of the equipment(Fig 3).以 M30 螺栓将防震脚与设备固定，但不锁紧。(如图 4)Fasten
3、 the mounts and the equipment with M30 bolt without locking them(Fig 4).使用公制口径 46mm 开手扳手调整 M30 螺栓以调整防震脚高度。(如图 5)Adjust M30 bolt with 46mm open wrench to adjust the height of the mounts(Fig 5).安装于设备后，防震脚之高度范围为 95105 mm。The height of the mounts is between 95105mm after installing.并以水平尺检查设备水平，若无水平则调整 M
4、30 固定调整螺栓来维持水平。Check the level with level bar and adjust M30 fixed adjustment bolt to maintain the balance.调整完毕后，将 M30 螺栓确实锁紧后，即可完成防震脚的安装调整。(如图 6)Lock M30 bolt to complete the installation(Fig 6).安装后 H 高度须大于 5mm，若太低请更换荷重能力大的防震脚，并请洽本公司业务人员。(如上附图)The height of H should be over 5mm.If it appears lower,

10、号规格是否正确。Before installation,make sure the model and the specification arecorrect.安装说明Installation guide 所需工具：公制口径 17mm(M10)、19mm(M12)、24mm(M16)开口扳手、打气筒、压力表、水平尺、爪式千斤顶。Required tools:17mm(M10),19mm(M12),and 24mm(M16)open wrenches,air pump,pressure gauge,level bar,and claw jack.在无荷重状态时，气垫式防震脚内请勿充气。Do n
11、ot inflate the air mounts without loading.以爪式千斤顶慢慢将设备抬高至使临时木台(100110 mm)相同高度。(如图 2)Elevate the equipment to the same height as the wooden panel(100110mm)with claw jack gradually(Fig 2).依序将防震脚置入设备安装位置。(如图 3)Install the mounts on the equipment in order(Fig 3).将防震脚与设备固定孔锁固。(如图 4)Lock the mounts and the
12、 equipment on the fixed holes(Fig 4).充气时，以空压机或用脚踏式充气筒即可充气，防震脚内压过高时；按下气门嘴即可放气。(如图 5)Inflate with compressor or pedal pump.When the pressure is too high inside the mounts,press thevalve to deflate(Fig 5).型号 TypeBJSC-100SA12510012M10-40LJSC-200SA12510012M12-50LJSC-400SA16012512M12-50LJSC-700SA20016012M

14、8 标准螺纹。The Valve applies standard CNS TV-8 thread.最大使用内压为 4.5kg/cm2=0.44Mpa，但充气时以防震脚高度为调整基准。(高度为 100mm110mm)Maximum inner pressure is 4.5kg/cm2=0.44Mpa.Apply the height of the mounts(100mm110mm)as the adjustment standard while inflating.以水平尺检查设备的水平度，并以充气及放气来调整水平。(如图 6)Check the level with level bar
15、and adjust it with inflation and deflation(Fig 6).使用温度范围为-10 .60，可安装于室外使用。Applied temperature range is between-10 .60.It can be applied outdoors.安装及使用时，请注意勿伤及气门嘴及气垫本体橡胶。Do not damage the valve and the air cushion rubber during the installation and the application.固定螺栓Fixed bolt耐压封口橡胶Resistant sealin
16、g rubber本体Main body防油帽Oil-repellent hat橡胶防滑垫Rubber anti-slip mat基础螺栓固定孔Bolt-loaded holes气门嘴Valve保养点检项目：每月观察防震脚高度是否正常、适时充气维持气垫内压；保持防震脚安装状态正常。Maintenance checking points:check the height of the mounts,remain the inner pressure inside the aircushion by necessary inflation,and maintain the installation
