1、初三学生实现体育课程目标的问题与解决策略,体育硕士论文中考体育作为升学加分和推动学校体育工作开展的手段,理应有助于体育课程目的的实现。实现体育与健康课程目的是学生在学校通过体育学习和锻炼需要达成的,赣州市区中学通过几年中考体育加分制的施行其效果怎样,有必要通过还未施行中考体育加分制的漳州市区中学进行比拟,以便更好的了解中考体育对学生实现体育课程目的的影响,为学校体育课程改革和老师教学工作提供参考,为改良中考体育提高学生的综合素质提出一些参考建议。 本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和比拟分析法,以赣州市和漳州市的初三学生为主要调查对象,讨论实现体育课程目的的现在状况和存在的
2、问题。研究结果如下: 1在运动介入方面,由于赣州市中学施行中考体育,学生介入课外体育锻炼积极性较高,经常介入体育锻炼的学生多于漳州市学生,赣州市学生的气力、耐力、灵敏素质也较好于漳州市学生,这在一定程度上讲明了中考体育升学加分对学生参加体育锻炼的鼓励作用。 2在运动技能把握方面,由于漳州市还没有施行中考体育加分制,体育课教学是根据体育与健康课程标准的要务实施的,教学内容丰富多彩,学生学习和把握运动技能呈现多样化,对体育基本知识与技能、竞赛规则了解情况较好于赣州市学生。而赣州市中学由于中考体育加分制,其考试内容过于单一和片面,所需要把握的运动技能存在较大的局限性,所以赣州市学生把握运动技能多样化
3、方面不如漳州市学生。 3在身体健康方面,从体质健康标准测试的情况来比拟,赣州市学生的优良率和合格率均多于漳州市学生。这些都与赣州市中学施行中考体育,在升学加分的鼓励作用下,学生介入课内外体育锻炼的行为表现存在着一定的关系。 4在心理健康与社会适应方面,漳州市学生介入体育学习和锻炼的认知、情感,团结协作精神等方面较高于赣州市学生,如从介入体育锻炼的认知来看,漳州市学生以为参加体育锻炼主要是为了增进身心健康,而赣州市大部分学生却以为主要是为了升学考试加分。除此之外,在体育情感上,漳州市学生介入课内外体育锻炼主要是处于喜欢体育运动,而赣州市学生更多考虑的是为了升学加分考试的需要等。这在一定程度上讲明
4、,漳州市固然未开场施行中考体育加分制,但由于体育课程教学是根据体育与健康课程标准的要务实施的,教学较为规范,在实现体育课程心理健康与社会适应目的问题上较好于赣州市学生。 针对中考体育在实现体育课程目的存在的问题,特提出如下的改良建议: 1教育行政部门作为中考体育方案文件制订的领导部门,要认识到中考体育方案的施行应有助于体育与健康课程目的的全面实现,以避免学生是为了中考体育升学加分而学而练,考后却不学不练的应试教育问题存在。 2中考体育的考试内容和方式方法应与体育与健康课程教学的考试有机的结合,以避免考试内容单一、片面和过于机械,这样才能使学生真正认识到体育学习和锻炼对身心健康、全面发展的重要意
5、义,产生对体育学习和锻炼的情感,养成坚持体育锻炼的习惯,培养克制困难、战胜困难的意志品质,以及具备团结协作的精神等。 3有利于体育与健康课程目的实现的中考体育方案应在全国各地中学推广,这对于引起学校、社会、家长重视学校体育工作,促进青少年学生身心健康,具有特别重要的意义。 本文关键词语: 中考体育;初三学生;体育课程目的;比拟研究。 Abstract As a means to increase the score of entrance examination and promote the development of school physical education, physical

28、程度上讲明了中考体育升学加分能够有效提高学生课外介入锻炼的行为,对学生参加体育锻炼起到鼓励作用。赣州市固然注重中考体育分数的增加,但是在选考项目的设置上违犯了素质教育的理念,不能将学生所学的知识、能力与素质在人才整体构造中起到互相作用、辩证统一与和谐发展,对全面发展学生的多种素质潜能还存在一定的差距。 二在运动技能把握方面,赣州市学生把握运动技能多样化方面不如漳州市学生。由于漳州市还没有施行中考体育加分制,体育课教学是根据体育与健康课程标准的要务实施的,教学内容丰富多彩,学生学习和把握运动技能呈现多样化,对基本技能知识和竞赛规则了解情况更好。而中考体育由于考试内容过于单一和片面,导致学生只把握
29、田径类和三大球的运动技能,对所把握运动项目也只了解基本技能知识。中考体育加分制使学校体育出现了一定程度的 应试化 现象,影响了学生介入体育活动的积极性和学生运动兴趣的培养与发展,使得学生把握的运动技能减少,尤其是赣州市的中考体育使学生所把握的运动技能跟中考体育项目息息相关,违犯了当代教学中的多样化理念,限制了学生学习不同运动项目的技术。 三在身体健康方面,从赣州市学生和漳州市学生的体质健康标准测试的情况来比拟,赣州市学生的优良率和合格率均多于漳州市学生。比拟分析发现两个地区的学生通过体育课的学习,赣州市学生整体比漳州市学生身体素质方面好一些,表示清楚中考体育加分制对学生身体素质的提高更明显。学
30、生在自觉抵制各种危害健康的不良行为上,除了社会反响较大的危害健康的吸烟、酗酒、吸毒行为,对于日常生活中初中生普遍存在的暴饮暴食、挑食等行为,有将近一半的学生不知道这些不良习惯会对身体造成危害,对青少年健康发展不利,是不健康的生活方式,表示清楚教学经过中向学生教授的体育与健康知识缺乏。 四在心理健康与社会适应方面,两市的初中生都具有良好的体育道德、合作精神和公平竞争的意识,但是面对挫折、困难时容易害怕,缺乏坚强的意志品质,在提高初中生的心理健康与社会适应能力中的决策、调节、正确处理问题方面还有所欠缺。体育课程目的中的心理健康与社会适应目的一直是老师在教学经过中容易被忽略的目的,社会适应能力的培养是一个长期性的经过,需要老师在教学经过中不断地加强。初中生处于青春期发育阶段的特殊期,这一时期大部分的初中生心理特点会发生一系列的变化,我们应该要利用好这个机会培养学生坚毅英勇、顽强拼搏的优良品质,让学生的心理承受能力加强,以便碰到困难时能够迎仍而上并能积极乐观的面对生活。 以下为参考文献
