1、饭店情景英语教学大纲Hotel English Alive适用专业:旅游管理课程编号:0502402004前修课程:饭店客房管理学分:2,5 总学时:40一、课程性质、目的与要求课程性质:专业选修课课程目的:酒店工作的特殊性,服务性,要求学生在掌握饭店各部门的管理理论与基本服务 程序基础上应具有较高外语水平。作为酒店管理与服务专业的一门重要专业课程,本课程采 用介绍背景知识与实际操作紧密相连,各种检测方式与学习相配合的教学方式,从而达到学好 饭店服务英语的最终目的。教学要求:1 .掌握饭店服务英语的基本句型. 了解饭店各部门相关的背景知识并能用英语表达出来,能进行基本的服务性对话。2 .能具备
