Preparing for an exam is like taking on an important project. Its important to outline a plan for how youll get ready for an exam.Change the sle

3、ep time early.Many exams are held in the early morning a time when students dont usually feel very awake. If youll be taking a morning exam, start sleeping earlier at least one week before the exam so that your body will have time to adjust(适应). 3 Besides, its also a good idea to get eight hours of

4、sleep each night. 4 Its common for students to spend the 10 minutes before an exam doing some last-minute studying. This may provide some comfort, but overall it does more harm than good. The 10 minutes before an exam will make no difference. If you study during this time, youll become more stressed

Nothing is worse than show

8、ing up to meet someone, only to put them off five minutes before they should arrive. Dont be this person. Offer an apology, and cancel the plan well ahead of time.Dont demand credit. People who demand praise for the things theyve done often lose the goodwill that comes from the help they provided. 3

9、 So theres no need to post it on Facebook or go fishing for praise.Respect everyones time. The biggest rule of reliability is to have respect for other peoples time. If you tell someone you can meet at a certain time, youve made a promise 4 When youre late, youre wasting other peoples time at will.

10、And you may therefore give others an impression of being untrustworthy!Be as truthful as possible. If you failed to finish the work on time, say so.
