2、正侧、主宾、虚实、方圆、奇偶、断续、顿挫等变化。要想将体育舞蹈到达如此程度就需要过硬的基础素质。因而,除具有天生遗传的因素之外,后天的系统性训练也占很大的比重。在体育舞蹈训练中要改变正常的人体的体态习惯,到达肢体运动自若,能够完全灵敏的支配身体各个关节以及肌肉,既要有很强的柔韧性,又要有很强的力度,要到达体育舞蹈动作所追求的美而不硬的地步,这样才能具体表现出舞蹈在三维空间中以身体作为语言进行沟通的肢体语言。 本文在研究的经过中大量走访相关专家、体育院校与舞蹈老师和专选生,同时现场观摩体育舞蹈授课经过,从中了解和发现,当下我们国家大多数高校的老师在进行体育舞蹈训练时都是以舞种基本步型练习和舞蹈套
3、路为主要训练内容,舞蹈技能训练着重以老师带动群体学员经过单一动作到复合组合技巧型训练为主,以外在肢体的训练为中心。这一现象表示清楚,老师都比拟注重舞蹈技能的训练,而忽视运发动的基础体能素质的基础训练。 本研究运用实验法等方式方法对星光艺术学校青少年体育舞蹈班的两组教学进度一样的学生共 20 人每组 10 人将学生分成实验组和对照组进行为期 6 个月的普拉提核心气力训练手段的实验研究,来讨论分析普拉提核心训练法对舞蹈专选学生基础素质的影响。根据实验结果数据的分析得出主要结论如下: 1、普拉提核心气力训练方案能够改善体育舞蹈专选生的身体形态指标,在舞蹈动作中保持良好身体姿态起到一定的促进作用。 2
4、、普拉提核心气力训练方案使体育舞蹈专选生的基础气力素质得到了一定程度的提高。 3、普拉提核心气力训练方案在体育舞蹈专选生的柔韧素质的提升方面果效果不太显着,相对于与一般气力训练效果差异不明显。 4、普拉提核心气力训练方案能够提高体育舞蹈专选生的机体平衡素质和协调素质,而且相对于一般气力训练提升的幅度较为显着。 5、普拉提核心气力训练方案提高了体育舞蹈专选生的舞蹈技巧动作云里翻的演练水平,效果优于一般气力训练。 本文关键词语:普拉提,核心气力,体育舞蹈,基础素质 Abstract Sports dance known as the world language , is one of the p
