1、1I I usedused toto bebe afraidafraid ofof thethe darkdark设计思路本单元话题涉及谈论过去的性格,外貌,特点及爱好等,借此学习 used to这一特有的用来表达过 去经历和习惯的语言结构。用多媒体展示各种图片,让学生利用这些图片进行交流利用多媒体展示个 子高矮瘦胖、头发长短卷直不一的人物漫画图片,让学生在做中学,在实践中获得信息,习得英语。 对本课的话题的导入从 What does she / he look like? She / He is tall / short / strong . She /He has long / short

2、.hair. What did she / he use to look like? She / He used to be tall / short /. She / He used to have long / short.hair. 这样顺其自然地导入能调动学 生的积极性,能让他们思考问题且用简短的语言回答,为后面的课堂话题真正展开作好铺垫。材料分析本节课的核心话题为“talk about what they used to be like”,围绕着谈论过去自己和他人过 去经常做的事,谈论自己和他人过去的外貌性格爱好。本节课主要的任务是阅读教学,3a 提供的是 一篇描述了一个性格腼腆的小

3、姑娘实现自我完善成为流行歌星的故事,属于人物专访,是典型的叙事 性文体。通过这篇文章的学习,学生能够通过阅读语篇加强语言输入量,发展他们的阅读技能,同时 强化对本单元新语言内容的认知。学习句型 used to 为主要学习任务,并且设置任务型综合性语言实 践活动,让学生在交际活动中,学会如何正确地用英语表达自己的意见和建议,重在培养学生的习得 语言运用能力、实践能力、合作能力及创新意识学情分析教学目标知识目标:1.学习并使用新词汇如 seldom, influence, absent, fail, exactly 等;2.熟读文章“He studies harder than he used t
