1、青年志愿者培训管理办法第一条为进一步规范志愿者培训管理工作,提高并保证志愿者培训质量,从而提升志愿者的志愿服务水平,促进志愿服务发展,根据公路志愿者实际情况,特制定本办法。第二条志愿者培训以提高志愿者志愿服务水平及促进志愿服务良好、健康、规范为最终目标。第三条本办法所指志愿者是指在志愿者组织登记注册并参与志愿服务培训自然人。第四条 本办法所指的志愿者培训管理工作由志愿者组织实施。第五条志愿者培训采取自我培训与传授培训相结合、技能培训与专业知识培训相结合的培训方针。第六条志愿者培训遵循系统性原则、制度化原则、主动性原则、多样化原则和效益性原则。(一)系统性志愿者培训是一个全员性的、全方位的、贯穿
2、志愿者志愿服务始终的一个系统工程。(二)制度化建立和完善培训管理制度,把培训工作例行化、制度化,保证培训工作的真正落实。(三)主动性强调志愿者参与和互动,发挥志愿者的主动性。(四)多样化开展志愿者培训工作要充分考虑受训对象的层次、类型,考虑培训内容和形式的多样性。(五)效益性志愿者培训是人、财、物投入的过程,是志愿者价值增值的过程,培训应该有产出和回报,应该有助于提升志愿服务水平。第七条 志愿培训内容包括知识培训、专业技能培训和素质培训。(一)知识培训不断实施对志愿者进行志愿服务理念及我国乃至世界志愿服务的发展状况相关的培训,使志愿者加深对“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿服务精神的理解以及对当
3、今志愿服务发展态势的全面了解。(二)专业技能培训不断实施对志愿者进行,使其在充分掌握理论的基础某些相关专业技能的培训,如野外急救、应急通讯等专业技能的培训,以提升志愿者的专业技能水平。(三)素质培训不断实施心理学、人际关系学、社会学、价值观的培训,增强志愿者的沟通交流,促进志愿者素质的综合提升。第八条 培训形式分为内部培训、外派专业培训和自我培训。(一)内部培训1.新志愿者培训。对新加入志愿服务队伍的志愿者进行志愿服务理念等相关的培训。2.技能培训。对专业志愿者队伍进行相关专业的培训。文档编码:CV2O6U5Q6R10 HM8M1X3H6V2 ZJ2W6Q2G2A6文档编码:CV2O6U5Q6

19、时做好金费预算。第十五条志愿者若需参加培训须向所在志愿者组织提出申请,经同意后方可参与志愿者培训。第十六条培训实施过程原则上依据各级志愿者组织因根据每年自身的情况进行详细计划进行,如果需要调整,应该向上级志愿者组织汇报。第十七条培训期间各级志愿者组织应监督学员出勤情况,并以此为依据对学员进行考核。第十八条各级志愿者组织应负责对培训过程进行记录,保存过程资料,如电子文档、录音、录像、幻灯片等。培训结束后以此为依据建立志愿者组织培训档案。第十九条各级志愿者组织应负责组织培训结束后的评估工作,以判文档编码:CV2O6U5Q6R10 HM8M1X3H6V2 ZJ2W6Q2G2A6文档编码:CV2O6U
