1、大学生课外素质能力培养计划与实施方案_大学生课外素质拓展,大学生课外素质提升,课外自主阅读能力培养计算机应用技术专业大学生课外素质能力培养计划与实施方案随着知识化、信息化、经济全球化时代的来临,社会对人才的要求正在发生深刻的变化,同时,我国高等教育体制改革的深入也对学生的素质能力提出了更高的标准和要求。“计算机应用技术专业大学生课外素质能力培养计划”旨在全面贯彻党的教育方针,按照“三个代表”重要思想以及“十六号”文件精神的要求,以培养大学生的思想政治素质为核心,以培养创新精神和实践能力为重点,以普遍提高大学生的人文素养和科学素质,造就德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班者为目的。为扎实做好此

2、项工作,探索和积累经验,保质保量地完成任务,按照有关要求,特制定本实施方案。一、实施“计划”的指导思想实施“大学生课外素质能力培养计划”是为了进一步贯彻落实中国共产党中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定,适应我国社会发展对人力资源开发尤其是青年人力资源开发和广大青年学生成长成才、就业创业的迫切需要。为此,实施计划过程中必须坚持“育人为本”的指导思想:1实施“大学生课外素质能力培养计划”,可以更好地充分体现我校“以生为本,全力满足学生接受优质教育的需要,全力促进学生健康成长、成才”的办学宗旨,“大学生课外素质能力培养计划”要得到有效实施,必须贯穿到对大学生教育的全过程之中,这个过程必
