1、小型零食店创业计划书目录一、小型零食店项目及评估二、选址1、经营选址2、选址商圈的市场调查三、店内布局拟定四、商品品种预选五、办理工商执照六、装修门店七、设备进场八、商品采购进场陈列九、开业宣传及正式营业十、营业促销方案十一、投资方案及收益率十二、附件说明一、小型零售店项目及评估近年来,由于人们的生活水平不段的提高,对于零食的需求也比较多且比较丰富了。为方便周围的居民和过往的人群而开设一种小型的零食店。零食店项目主要是以休闲食品的零食(具体的品类会在下面章节来进行说明)为主,附件加一些烟酒、饮料、茶水及简单的小玩具或饰品。还可以搭售我们小时候吃过的那些零食,可以我们小时候的那个价格来售卖(这是
2、一个很好的卖点,重点是做好宣传,营造氛围)。以零售为主,批发为辅。销售包括单卖、整卖和散装称重售卖。目标消费群以年轻白领为消费主体,学生、小孩为附属消费体。主要是围绕门店所属的小区来进行消费辐射。当然还要进行网上销售和增加一些附加服务。网上销售的计划是在实体店开业后且运作正常的情况下来进行的。附加服务会在下面章节来进行说明。关于零食的项目评估报告可以见:附件一。附件一里面的内容已经简单的阐述了零食行业现在在中国的基本情况与前景。二、选址1、经营选址经营选址暂定为小北街到华新街的临街门面。门面最少离公交站100米。此门面面积:2050平米。2、选址商圈的市场调查文档编码:CB2Y8K2A10P6

10、请见:附件二。根据考察出来的数据就可以对其进行大致的评估,来判断此项目的可行性。三、店内布局拟定因为没有对门面进行实际的测量,而且经过装修后可能还会有些变动,所以最好是测量装修后的实际数据。现在暂时先拟定一下店内的布局。此门面为三面封闭,一面为敞开式且正对马路。所以三面摆放靠墙的货架,其中面向门面的右边(可根据人流动向来进行调整)留一点位置出来做为收银台,中间陈列两条散装柜台。收银台对面的货架摆放水、饮料、啤酒等。但货架的旁边还是需要留有放冰箱的位置。门面正对的货架陈列包装食品(休闲食品),收银台这边的货架陈列部分包装食品(充饥食品)、进口食品和烟酒。中间就陈列散装食品。具体的陈列请见:附件三
