The companys coal

Through the implementation of the project, and the technical achievements to the coking industry application, not only can make the enterprise with a

3、smaller investment to achieve energy saving effect is good and obtained better economic benefit, promote technological progress, but also strong support for scientific research units of technical achievements, form a benign circulation, thus with the development policy of national industry structure

4、 adjustment policy and related technology, achieve win-win situation.Coal moisture control (Coal Moisture Control CMC) is moisture of charging coal control process for short, is a part of coking coal for removal of water in the oven before installing, keep the moisture of charging coal stable at aro

5、und 8.5% (tamping coke oven) or 8.5% (top), then the furnace coking.CMC is different from the coal preheating and drying. Coal is preheated to the coal in the furnace to decompose before starting temperature with gas heat carrier or solid heat carrier heating (150-250 ), when the moisture content of

6、 coal is zero, then install the furnace coking; coal drying without water control measures strictly; after drying the moisture change with coal branch moisture changes. Coal moisture control strict water control measures, to ensure that the water content of coal into furnace constant.To reduce and s

7、tability control of coal moisture through direct or indirect heating, do not pursue to maximize the removal of furnace coal moisture, and the water stability at a relatively low level,Not only can increase benefit, and not because of the low moisture content caused by coke oven and recovery system o

8、peration, make the coal density increases, coke and chemical products production, reduce the amount of coke oven heating gas, coke quality improvement and coke oven operation and stable effect.In the past 10 years of coal moisture control technology has got great development, has developed the three

9、 generation of coal moisture control technology. The first generation is the thermal medium oil drying method. Sensible heat, using thermal oil recovery coke oven flue gas waste heat and coke oven ascending pipe and then, in a multi-tube rotary dryer, heat conducting oil of coal indirect heating, so

10、 that the coal drying.The second generation is steam drying method. The use of other low pressure steam CDQ steam generation after the back-pressure steam or within the plant as a source of heat, in multiple rotary dryer, the steam of coking coal indirect heating drying.The third generation of fluid

11、ized bed device is the latest generation, using dry flue gas of coke oven heating on it. The technology of coal moisture control can reduce furnace coal moisture, the moisture control in a suitable target value, reduce the heat consumption in coking coal into the furnace, increase bulk density, to i

12、mprove the quality of coke. The technology is the Tangshan Tak Technology Co., independent research and development, with independent intellectual property rights, and has made many patent technology. Successful application is now in a company, and achieved good economic benefit.Coal moisture contro

13、l technology application effectBecause of lower moisture of charging coal, so coal bulk density increased, carbonization time is shortened, the production capacity of coke can be improved 7%-11%;Coal moisture decrease 1%, (dry heat consumption in coking coal) to reduce 62MJ/t. When the moisture cont

14、ent of coal fell from 11% to 8.5% (dry, heat consumption in coking coal) is equivalent to saving 155MJ/t.Improve the quality of coke. The M15150 can improve 1%-1.5%, coke strength after reaction of 1%-3% can be improved; the coke quality guaranteed under the condition of invariable, but more weakly

15、caking coal 8%-10%, cost of 20-40 yuan / ton coke decreased.To reduce the moisture of coal material can reduce the residual ammonia water 20-30%, a corresponding reduction in 20-30% ammonia steam consumption, but also reduce the amount of wastewater treatment. Reduce the cost of waste water treatmen

16、t.The social effect of energy saving is to reduce the greenhouse effect, when the use of coke oven flue gas as heat source, the average per ton of coal into the furnace can be reduced about 35.8kg/t CO2.Moisture of coal material stability can be maintained for coke oven operation stability, prolong

17、the service life of coke oven.The main problems existing in Chinas coking plant: the production capacity of Chinas existing coke oven is bigger, occupy the first place of the world, but the high moisture and high quality coking coal and shortage, the main problems as below:High-quality coking coal s

18、hortage;High moisture content, high heat consumption in coking;Coking coal is composed of a variety of coal, composition and properties of the particle size of coal in the same kind of coal are not the same, some of these very different kinds of coal; properties of different coals are different. Cok

22、nitoring and control system, pipeline and coal conveying system, dust removal equipment, auxiliary production facilities etc.三 The overall project plan:1.Use of 260 (300 oven flue gas temperature, 40 reducing conveying approximate moderation) coke oven flue gas waste heat boiler emissions hot air he
