1、2011年全国大学生电子设计竞赛LC 谐振放大器(D 题)【本科组】I 摘要本次设计是以谐振放大器为核心,以实现微小高频信号不失真放大而进行的。本次设计针对的是小于5mV 的 15MHZ 的信号,因此对于信号纯度的要求很高,因此我们选择制作PCB 板和滤波电容来进行滤波以保证我们所处理的波是干净的少杂波的。而谐振放大器一般应用于小信号放大。为了进行微小信号的处理,需在设计前加一个衰减器,设计所用的衰减器是 形电阻网络,这种衰减网络可以有效保输入阻抗不变,并且电路简单易于实行,衰减倍数在40dB 左右,然后经过差分电路进行选频放大,由于信号放大倍数不够,因此又在后级加了以AD603 为核心的放大

17、虑温度补偿等因素;由于本系统主要重点在谐振电路的设计,对衰减器的要求不高,不需要对衰减器实现程控,并且线路一多会对高频信号产生影响,故本方案不适于施行。方案二:使用运算放大器进行反相衰减,用运放的放大原理,改变反馈电阻与输入电阻的比值来达到衰减的目的。可是运放有很大的不稳定因素,一者是输入信号为高频小信号,普通运放并不能很好的放大这样的信号;二者是运放十分容易失真,为实验增加了不稳定因素,因此并不适合我们。方案三:除去复杂的衰减电路,返朴归真,有一种从一开始就被使用的衰减网络:电阻衰减网络。本报告中主要用 形电阻网络进行一定程度的衰减。由于此衰减器简单易行,所用元器件比较常用,能保持输入阻抗不

18、变,并且的是本衰减器为纯阻网络,即此衰减器的频带为任意频率均可通,实现全通,能够很好地与下级谐振放大器相结合。综上,选择方案三。1.2 LC 谐振放大器的论证与选择方案一:谐振放大器广泛用于通信接受系统中,由于信号的远距离传输,会导致信号变得很微弱,因此需要将信号放大方可被系统接收到;可以使用集成芯片通过一些简单的外围电路的搭接就可以制成各种谐振放大器,但往往其造价过高,并且参数难以调节,并不适合本设计要求。方案二:采用差分电路构成LC 谐振电路进行滤波选频,后接射级电压跟随电路,用独立元件布线而成,此种方法可以自己控制元器件的选择搭配,调节参数时比较方便,易于达到我们所要的效果,并且造价不高

26、大使用方案二:利用可编程数字电位器,输入信号经过乘法运算电路,再进行一定的放大,放大到合理的程度,整流滤波后经过一比较放大电路,反馈到输入源;改变电阻的大小,即可改变放大的倍数,从而达到增益自动控制的目的。综上,采用方案一。1.3 控制系统的论证与选择方案一:用简单的硬件电路实现控制,有利用调节电位器,开关的通断等等来调节电路的,这种方法可以很容易检查出电路出错的地方,并且也有感官上的认识,简单易行;但比较传统,操作复杂,最重要的是这种方法并不人性化,在信息化高速发展的今天,这种方法并不适用。方案二:利用 msp430f449这款 MCU(微控制器)与硬件电路联调实现自动化的控制,方便简洁,并

27、且人性化。综上,采用方案二。第二章系统理论分析与计算2.1 衰减器的理论分析与计算2.1.1理论计算设输入电压为 Ui,输出电压为 Uo,从电路图分析可以看出衰减系数为Uo=Ui*RL/(RL+R2)1 通过改变相应的系数即可实现衰减系数可调的衰减器;由于衰减系数需要为40dB,即为 100 倍,我们选用的电阻在误差允许范围内满足(RL+R2)/RL 为 100,符合题目要求。2.1.2特性阻抗的理论计算衰减网络的特性阻抗即为整个衰减网络的输出阻抗,从衰减网络我们可以很容易得看出Ro=Rl/(Rl+R2)2 加上传输同轴电缆,所以此时整个衰减网络的特性阻抗变为同轴电缆的特性阻抗,即为 50,符
