27、CB2N5B3K9K4 HE1P3I4M10Z5 ZV3L10M1F10I10三、练太极拳、太极剑应注意的事项要做习拳舞剑前的身心准备和收势后的恢复。太极拳、剑运动和缓,一般做 35分钟的准备活动即可,习拳舞剑前可先散步,再活动一下四肢和躯干;精神上要做到心平气和,思想集中,收势后仍应保持和练习时一样,精神不可散乱,缓慢散步后恢复正常活动。学太极拳、剑时,姿势一定要正确,动作要合乎规范,否则错误动作定型后较难纠正。特别要注意经常持久地练,才能获得增强体质的良好效果。练习太极拳、剑时要选择适宜环境。应选择在阳光充足、空气新鲜、地面平坦、环境幽静的空地进行。每天黎明或傍晚练拳、舞剑均有益。早晨空气
