2、由标题、主送单位(受文对象)、正文、落款四部分组成。二、通知的写法1.要明确通知的几个要素:时间、地点、事情、人物、通知者和日期。教 学 内 容 及 过 程(续1)教师活动学生活动教学内容及过程设计2.要明确通知的格式:在第一行居中写“通知”两字,如果事情紧急可写“紧急通知”四字;接着换行写通知的正文。如果要通知参加的人要注意些什么,可以接着写,但要简明扼要。3.要在正文的右下角写明通知者的名称和日期。4.要特别注意的是通知的语言要通俗明确,不要模棱两可,否则易产生误解,给他人的学习和工作带来不必要的损失。三、板书要素:时间、地点、事情、人物、通知者和日期语言:要通俗明确通知(居中)正文通知者
