1、名师精编优秀教案Unit 10 Youre supposed to shake hands.第 1 课时(Section A 1a 3c)单 词drop 点拨drop 既可以做及物动词也可以做不及物动词,意为“降落,落下”。与 by 构成短语drop by,表示“顺便访问;随便进入”。如:The climber slipped and dropped to death.攀登者一失足摔死了。Dont drop that bottle or itll break.别把瓶子弄掉了,不然会摔破的。短 语after all 点拨after all 意为“毕竟;终归”。如:The day turned o
2、ut fine after all.天气毕竟转好了。链接(1)above all 意为“首先,特别是,最重要的是”。如:Children need many things,but above all they need love.孩子们需要许多的东西,但是最重要的是他们需要爱。(2)at all(用来加强语气)与 not 连用,意为“一点也不,完全不”。如He wasnt at all tired.他一点儿也不累。(3)in all 意为“总共”。如:There were twenty people in all at the party.在晚会上总共20 人。第 2 课时(Section A
3、 Grammar Focus 4c)单 词worth 名师精编优秀教案点拨worth 意为“值的,有的价值的”等,常常用作形容词,在句中一般做表语,有时也可用作定语,如:a place worth seeing(值得一看的地方),a dictionary worth$50(一本价值 50 美元的词典)等。worth 用作表语时,不能单独使用,其后通常接动词-ing 形式,而不能接动词不定式。链接(1)“主语 beworth动词-ing 形式.”,此时,句子的主语就是worth 之后动词-ing 形式的逻辑宾语。worth 后面的动词-ing 形式一般用主动形式表示被动意义,而不能直接用被动形式
4、。如:Now John is worth talking to.现在值得与约翰谈一谈。He isnt worth getting angry with.犯不上跟他生气。(2)“It(形式主语)beworth动词-ing 形式其他”。如:It isnt worth repairing the bike.这辆自行车不值得修理了。Is it worth visiting the city?这个城市值得参观吗?(3)一般来说,worth 前面可用well,really,very much,hardly,easily 等词语修饰,但一般不用very 修饰。如:This is really worth d
5、oing.这确实值得一做。He has something very much worth saying.他有些话很值得讲。语 法1be supposed to 点拨be supposed to 的意思是“应该做某事,被期望做某事”。关于这个短语的基本用法,需要从以下几个方面来掌握。(1)当句子的主语是人时,be supposed to 用来表示劝告、建议、义务和责任等。如:You are supposed to ask our teacher if you want to leave the classroom.如果你要离开教室,应该先问一问我们的老师。(2)当句子的主语是物时,be sup
