17、压臂)制动腿、翻腕3、动作中容易出现的错误腹部不贴杠倒体慢或晚屈髋过大(二)女生骑撑后倒摆动挂膝上成骑撑1、动作要领:摆、撤、挂倒、一、组织形式:采取分组轮换练习。男生先练习单杠,女生练习排球,然后交换。二、教学方法:(一)男生支撑后回环1、教师进行完整动作示范并讲解动作要领。2、学生集体徒手模仿练习体会动作。3、学生由单杠支撑开始,做小幅度后摆回落成支撑练习。(要求:回落时,臂要撑直,肩稍前移,控制好身体。)4、学生翻上成支撑练习。(主要体会制动腿、抬头翻腕动作)5、学生在保护帮助下练习完整动作。(要求:支撑开始,有点后摆再做倒肩贴杠动作练习。)6、在保护与帮助下进行练习。7、教师适时地进行
