1、20XX 年网店电商运营部全年工作计划+活动实施方案部门职责:1、公司电商运营与销售计划执行,对销售额与ROI 负责;围绕销售目标制定可执行的运营方案2、维持公司在天猫等电商平台的正常运营;按照运营计划实施各个岗位的工作;推广、活动策划、营销等3、以客户为中心,通过运营带进销售驱动,同时提升产品与品牌影响力、用户与服务体验等4、数据分析与挖掘,市场行情与用户、竞品分析;为公司新品开发和战略布局提供有效参考5、建立运营部门内工作流程与制度管理体系、与其它部门协作流程,实现标准化流程管理,以及KPI 考核6、负责网络分销渠道体系的拓展与管理;以及后期其它电商平台开店计划实施与管理部门目标:1、销售
2、额:300W/2016 下半年;2000W/20XX 年。(20XX 年 9/10/11/12月销售目标:20W/40W/90W/150W)2、健康合理的运营结构:投入产出比ROI 控制在 1:3-1:5;营销10-15%、人员 10%、运营 25%、毛利 50%;转化 1%;目标完成率在 5080%;复购率 30%;3、运营体系流程清晰,团队磨合与维稳;打造营销型运营团队;KPI 考核合理。运营链思路:天猫+整合流量渠道全网分销自建商城或平台+O2O+品牌营销;在此做2016下半年规划培育成长期:2016下半年;主抓天猫网店运营以活动策划为主、直通车和钻展、推广开始运作,搭建梳理运营团队,制
