10、受劳动保险待遇:连续工作不满 6个月的,经医院证明需要停工医疗的,停工医疗期限最长不得超过1 个月,停工医疗期间不发工资。连续工作超过6 个月(含 6 个月),经医院证明需要停工医疗的,停工医疗期限最长不得超过2 个月。停工医疗期间不发工资。单位可以根据实际情况酌情发给一定数量的生活补助费。3.乙方在合同期间死亡,其劳动保险待遇与劳动合同制工人同。六、劳动纪律:乙方应严格遵守国家的各项法律、法令和法规,遵守甲方各项规章制度,服从甲方领导、管理和教育。七、劳动合同的解除:1.符合下列情况的,甲方可以解除劳动合同:(一)发现乙方不符合“暂行办法”第四条规定的招用条件的;(二)乙方患病或非因工负伤,
