9、操作计算、典 型设备的选型和设计方法。由于单元操作理论在化工类及其相关专业的专业课程 教学中被作为重要基础知识反复应用,故本课程也是化工类及其相关专业的“平 台课程”。为确保课程教学,编者在推出化工原理流体流动与传热的同时特编撰 本书,与化工原理流体流动与传热电子教材光盘一道作为化工原理流 体流动与传热的配套教材。本书浓缩了 化工原理流体流动与传热 教材中的知识点和常用计算公式,以及教材中的全部课后习题解答。为便于读者复习,根据原教材顺序分章、节按 照知识点聚焦、常用计算公式浓缩、相关习题解答三部分进行编写。本书共分七章,由安徽理工大学张洪流同志负责全书的文字统筹及审定工 作。其中绪论、第一章
