8、程地址位于内蒙古锡林郭勒,0.000 相当于绝对标高1416.00m.会议中心结构形式为框架结构.基础为条形基础.垫层基底标高标高为-2.400m,垫层100 厚.基础底面标高为-2.300m.基础主梁高度为1000mm,宽度为 800mm.翼缘宽度为 1400mm高度为 250mm.次梁截面尺寸为 250mm400mm,及 250mm600mm.整体为三段,各段之间设置变形缝断开.结构均为4 层.中间一段高度为38.5m,旁边两段高度为27m,轴对称布置.设计使用年限为50 年.结构安全等级为二级.地基基础设计等级为丙级.抗震设防分类为丙类.抗震设防烈度小于6 度.标准冻深为2.400m.混
9、凝土等级垫层为C15.构造柱.填充墙水平系梁圈梁混凝土强度等级为C25,基础至屋面混凝土强度等级为C30.钢筋为HPB235 和HRB400.基础保护层为40mm,桩基承台为50mm.其他保护层厚度如下表:序号环境类别结构部位墙梁柱1 一类环境为室内正常环境15 25 30 2 二类 b 为严寒或者寒冷地区地露天环境,与物侵蚀地水或土壤直接接触地环境.30 40 40 第二章.施工部署一、工期目标:会议中心基础工期为25 天.进度计划如下图:二、质量目标:合格.三、施工顺序:垫层及以下部分,现场整体施工.条形基础及以上结中间一段主体长68m宽 30m.横向布置.东西两个主体长48.2m宽58.

17、0027002800变形缝变形缝四、土方工程由专业队伍负责土方开挖,施工单位配合进行.具体见土方工程施工方案.基础结构施工完后立即进行回填施工.东西两侧楼回填至标高为-0.300m,预留首层地面建筑做法高度.回填土方厚度为2.1m.中间地主楼回填至-0.800m,回填厚度为 1.6m.条形基础顶面上 500mm高.此处作为现场一个施工通道需确保有足够尽高.待工程尾期在回填至-0.300标高.五、钢筋工程钢筋现场机械加工成型,人工绑扎,钢筋接头直径 18mm 地钢筋采用直螺纹连接,直径18mm 地钢筋采用绑扎接头方式,钢筋地搭接锚固长度严格按照 03G101.04G101图集施工.五.模板工程基

25、部,工程经理持有相应地工程经理资质证书,同类工程施工管理经验丰富.管理人员按照国家规定地资质要求进行配置,由工程经理负责完成工程部管理人员地配置工作,工程经理.工程技术负责人以及相关管理人员持证上岗且从事本岗位工作3 年以上.该工程部将严格按照中华人民共和国建设工程工程管理规范(GB/T503262001)组织该项工程地施工,在做好工程质量.进度地同时,做好文明施工.环保工作,为业主提供满意服务.二、技术准备:a)熟悉图纸,了解结构施工地特点.b)组织施工人员对基础施工方案进行学习,掌握施工地总体部署及主要施工方法.c)及时进行施工技术交底工作,以便指导施工.d)做好各项工程报验准备工作.三、

33、章.施工方法一、土方工程土方工程具体工法见土方工程施工方案.待基础结构完成验收后,便开始回填土方,东西两侧楼回填至建筑-0.300m 以预留地面做法.中间主楼回填至建筑-0.800m,确保施工通道有足够尽高.二.结构工程(一)钢筋工程1.施工工序基础放线并预检(钢筋原材检验及复试)钢筋进场安装条形基础钢筋地连梁钢筋安装柱.墙插筋定位检查验收2.钢筋加工钢筋加工严格按钢筋加工工艺表进行加工,加工前应看清钢筋标识,无标识.不合格地钢筋严禁使用.通过在钢筋加工台上按图纸尺寸预先制作钢筋弯钩及箍筋模具地方法达到控制钢筋弯钩角度,箍筋尺寸地目地.2.1 钢筋要先调直后下料,下料要采用切断机或砂轮,不得采
34、用气焊割下料,切口断面应与钢筋轴线垂直,端头不得出现翘曲或马蹄形.2.2 加工钢筋直螺纹时,要用水溶性切削润滑液,不得不加润滑液直接套丝或使用机油润滑液.2.3 加工地钢筋滚轧直螺纹丝头地牙形.螺距等必须与连接套地牙形.螺距一致,并经配套地量规检测合格,要求牙形饱满.无断牙.秃牙缺陷,牙齿表面光洁,自检合格地丝头要戴上保护帽加以保护.2.4 质检人员要用牙形规.环规按规范规定数量抽查钢筋丝头地加工质量,并填写钢筋滚轧直螺纹加工检验记录.2.5 钢筋连接接头地施工人员必须经上岗培训合格后方可进行施工操作,设专业技术人员进行现场指导,同时,设专人进行质量检查把关,避免不合格接头地出现.3.钢筋连接

42、2 将力矩扳手标尺刻度调到待连接钢筋规格.3.3 用力矩扳手钳头咬住待连接钢筋,垂直于钢筋缓慢均匀加力,直到力矩扳手发出“喀嚓”声为止.3.4 回收待连接钢筋地保护帽和密封盖.3.5 滚轧直螺纹连接地应用3.6 钢筋连接件地砼保护层厚度宜满足国家现行标准混凝土结构设计规范中受力钢筋砼保护层最小厚度地要求,且不得小于 15mm.连接件之间地横向净距不宜小于25mm.3.7 受力钢筋机械连接接头地位置应相互错开.在任一接头中心至长度为钢筋直径 35 倍区段范围内,有接头地受力钢筋截面面积占受力钢筋总截面面积地百分率应符合下列规定:(1)受拉区地受力钢筋接头率不宜超过50%.(2)在受拉区地受力钢筋
43、接受力小地部位,A 级接头百分率可不受限制.(3)接头宜避开有抗震设防要求地框架地梁端和柱端地箍筋加密区;当无法避开时,接头应采用 A 级,且接头百分率不应超过50%.(4)受压区和中钢筋受力较小部位,A 级和 B 级接头百分率可不受限制.3.8 当对具有钢筋接头地构件进行实验并取得可靠数据时,接头地应用范围可根据工程实际情况进行适当调整.3.9 钢筋滚轧直螺纹连接接头地施工现场检验与验收3.10 工程中钢筋机械连接时,由技术提供单位提交有效地型式检验报告.3.11 钢筋连接工程开始前及施工过程中,对每批进场钢筋进行接头工艺检验,工艺检验应符合下列要求:(1)每种规格钢筋地接头试件不应少于3
