1、供电公司副总工程师技术工作总结供电公司副总工程师技术工作总结我叫*,现任*供电公司 副总工程师兼*部主任,现对我从事的电网规划及工程建设专业范围内的设备水平及缺 陷、技术水平、新技术应用现状等情况做出以下总结。一、设备水平及缺陷200*年*供电区最 大负荷为*MW。*供电区电网以220kV变电站为电源点,市区及中、东部电网 以 110kV 和 35kV混合高压网架为主,西部山区以 35kV 电网为主的供电网络。*电网位于河南 省电网的西北部,目前,*电网通过三回 220kV 线路*变*变、*变*变、*变*变与洛阳电网相连(*线备用)。*西部以 35kV 为高压 配电网,由 220kV*变的 3
2、5kV 出线呈放射状供电,35kV变电站多为单电源供电,尤其西部山区,35kV 线路走廊多为山地,线路长、供电可靠性差。*变变电容量90+50MVA,200*年最大供电负荷*MW。*中、东部以 110kV 和 35kV 混合高压电网供电。至 XX年底有 13 座110kV 变电站,其中 2 座是电铁专用变(均由 220kV*变以双110kV 线路 供电),5 座为用户专 用变(*的*变、*变;*钢厂的*1 变、*2 变;*变),*变、*变、*变、*变、*变和*变为系统公用变电站。13 座 110kV 变电站 的电源分别来自*新电厂、220kV*变和新近投运的220kV*变电站。随着 220kV
3、*的建 成,*的 110kV公用变电站与系统联系更加紧密,除 110kV*变、*变外,均具有两回110kV 电源线,但 110kV电网并没有形成联系紧密的环网结构,互供 能力差,供电可靠性较 低。东部主要为35kV变电站供电,受35kV变电容量的限制,有供电“卡脖子”的现象,网络结构不尽合理,今后可以积极发展110kV 电网,逐步取 消 35kV 电压等级的 公用电网,改善现有供电状况。*供电区 220kV 变电站 负荷分配不均,变电站部分设备老化严重。*:220kV 苗店 变电站 110kV 母线 分裂运行,#3 主变仅供电铁牵引站负荷,XX 年#3 主变最大负荷 为 46MW,容载比为,略
4、高。而#1、#2 主变供地方负荷,XX年最大负荷为152M W,容载比为。苗店变#1 主变虽然投运不久,但#1 主变为其他变电站退出运行的旧变压器,该主变为自耦式变压器,设备非常陈旧。*变:由于近两 年来 531 军工企业生 产规模有了较大的发展,且西部山区经济建设也逐渐加快,XX年该 站最大负荷已达到 61M W,变电容载比为。但*变电站建站时间较早,#3主变为1979 年投运的设备,为省网现存仅有两台此型号变压器之一,现已运行 25 年,设备老化较为严重。正常方式下只 有#1 主变(90MV A)运行,若只考虑#1 主变,则容载比文档编码:CX1Z5J6X8V9 HL10J4Z10M9M2

12、kV 电网存在 的问题,建议XX年开 工建设220 千伏济东 变电站,一方面可增加*供电区与省网的联系,另一方面可以缓解 XX年*百万吨钢 扩建和 XX年*10 万吨电解锌扩建带来的供电压力。另外,XX年建议开工建设110 千伏*变(位于 西部山区),该站的建 设可缓解 220 千伏*变的供电压力,解决*变设备陈旧所带来 的供电问题,提高西部山区的供电可靠性,推动该区的经济负荷的进一步发展。至 XX年 11 月,*电网 拥有 110kV 变电站 13 座,变电容量为,110kV 线路 22 条,共计公里,其中公用 变电站 6 座,变电容量 为(不含电铁牵引站容量),110kV 公用 线路 16

21、荷发展较快,则*变、*变和*变负荷较重,主 变经常处于满载甚至过载状态。*供电区电网的电压等级较多,为 220/110/35/10/6/(6kV 多为煤矿和企业自备用电的电压),35kV 电网还占有很大 比重,供电分区不明确,不利于运行管理。由于*电网是由过 去的县级电网发展而来,城区 35kV变电站 还占有很大比重,市中心区域负荷还有很大部分由35kV 电网供电,重复降压,运行损耗大,且 35kV 设备老 旧,一些线路也不在规划道路上,影响市政建设*市 110kV电网为简单的单环网结构,且环网结构中 还利用了石河电铁牵引站专用电源线,既影响了电铁牵引站一类负荷 的供电可靠性,又不能完全满足环

29、围内大面积压限负荷;*变虽为双电 源,但一回电源为T 接苗石线,从计量、保护等方面来考虑,均不适于长期运行。110kV 变电站互供能 力较差,35kV 变电 站多为单电源,部分站 为 T 接电源线,供电可靠性较低。二、坚 持科技创新,工程建设水平迈上新台阶利用调度上DTS 系统(调度员仿真系统),对 我部电力专工及相关技 术人员进行培训,加强电网的宏观概念,理解电网潮流计算,提高对短路电流计算应用水平,通过短路电流计算,为规划人员进行设备选型提供理论依据,如选择开关的 3S 热稳定电 流、动稳定电流、开断电流、关合电流、极限 电流等。新建*110KV 变电站采用 全室内设计,计算机自动化监控装
