1、发动机温度传感器进气温度传感器Inlet temperature sensor 进气管压力传感器/空气流量计Manifold pressure sensor/air metre 爆震传感器knock sensor 氧传感器lambda sensor 发动机(冷却液)温度传感器engine-injection sensor 节气门位置传感器throttle-valve position sensor 曲轴位置传感器/发动机速度传感器crank position sensor/engine speed sensor 进气管压力传感器利用进气管压力传感器测量节气门后进气管内的绝对压力,并以此作为电控
2、单元计算朋友两的主要参数。发动机工作时,节气门开大,进气量增多,进气管压力相应增大。因此,进气管压力的大小反映了进气量的多少。1)膜盒式diaphragm进气管压力传感器在传感器中有一个密封的弹性金属膜盒,内部保持真空,外部与进气管相通。当进气管压力发生变化时,膜盒收缩或膨胀,并带动衔铁在感应线圈中移动,从而在感应线圈中产生感应电压,将此电压信号传输给电控单元用来控制喷油量。2)应变仪式strain gauge 进气管压力传感器物体因承受应力stress而变形 deform 时,由于长度发生变化,其电阻值也将随之改变。应变仪式进气管压力传感器就是根据这一原理设计的。传感器的主要元件是一个很薄的
3、硅片silicon chip,四周较厚,中间最薄。硅片上下两面各有一层二氧化硅silice 薄膜。沿硅片四周有4 个传感电阻Sensing resistance。在硅片的四角各有1 个金属块,通过导线与传感电阻相连。硅片上的传感电阻接成桥式电路。当进气管压力增加,硅片弯曲,引起电阻值的变化,电桥失去平衡,在A、B 两端产生电位差,经放大器放大,输出正比于进气管压力的信号。节气门位置传感器线性可变电阻型的传感器,由线性电阻电位计组成。节气门轴转动,滑动触电改变位置,则电位计有不同电阻。节气门开度的变化换成电阻或电压信号输给ECU。发动机温度传感器安装在发动机体或汽缸盖上,与冷却液cooling
