1、行业企业调研报告-城市轨道交通运输与管理专业一、调研背景一引言城市轨道交通系统,简称城轨系统,通常依据各地用语的不同而称为地铁、捷运等。城市轨道交通是城市公共交通系统中的一个重要组成部分,泛指在城市中沿特定轨道运行的快速大、中运量公共交通工具,包括地铁、轻轨、市郊通勤铁路、单轨铁路、有轨电车以及磁悬浮铁路等多种类型。城市轨道交通运输与管理专业,主要面向大城市地区的城市轨道交通运输业,培养在城市轨道交通控制领域中生产、服务、技术和管理第一线上所需的,主要从事设备的安装、调试、运行、维护、运行组织与管理等工作,具有良好的职业道德和职业素养的高等技术应用型人才。进行行业企业调研是一体化课程开发的第一

2、步,通过调研本职业所涉及的各类企业,了解行业、企业发展现状与趋势,掌握本专业的技能人才需求状况及岗位工作职责等信息,为课程开发工作打下基础。二调研目的了解行业、企业发展现状与技术趋势,调研本专业技能人才的需求状况、岗位工作内容及职责,了解行业、企业对本专业人才知识、技能、素质的要求,对照国家职业标准,分析各等级技能人才综合职业能力要求,撰写调研报告,以此定位本专业人才培养方向与层次,在此基础上为确定专业教学改革思路提供有价值的意见与建议。开展行业调查,既是为了确定培养目标,又是为了建立校企合作,定向培养,利用社会资源创造条件,解决城市轨道交通运输与管理专业实操、实训课程不易开展的难题。另外,通
