18、+镀锌钢板止水带+水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料楼板环向施工缝:缓膨型橡胶止水条变形缝防水加强层、背贴橡胶止水带、中埋式中孔型钢边橡胶止水带、密封胶、不锈钢接水槽四、施工进度计划防水施工应紧随结构主体施工。结构底板垫层混凝土终凝以后,应立即进行基面处理并在1 天之内完成底板及下部侧墙高分子(自粘)防水卷材铺设,侧墙在支撑拆除后立即进行基面处理并铺设防水卷材,结构顶板混凝土浇筑完毕后14 天开始施工聚氨脂防水涂料。五、人员及设备情况1、防水卷材施工人员安排:管理人员1 名,材料员 1 名,电工 1 名,操作工人 6名;设备:射钉枪一把,钉子,刀片。2、聚氨脂涂料施工人员安排:管理人员1 名,材料员 1

26、设备:小型硫化机,刀片,生胶。4、施工缝止水带施工人员安排:管理人员1 名,材料员 1 名,电工 1 名,操作工人 4名;设备:电焊机 1 台。施工期间人员设备根据工作面情况做增加调整。六、施工工艺及要求1、结构自防水混凝土施工(1)混凝土质量控制结构防水混凝土在工程结构中不但承担防水作用,还要和钢筋一起承担结构受力作用,为确保防水混凝土质量,必须在以下方面采取措施:1.1 混凝土及其配合比要求1)、地铁车站钢筋混凝土结构的最低混凝土强度等级为C35;2)、混凝土最大含碱量为3kg/m3;3)、混凝土原材料(水泥,矿物掺合料、集料、外加剂、拌合水等)中引入的水溶氯离子总量不超过胶凝材料重的0.

34、9Y10深圳国际会展中心配套市政项目(机场北站)机场北站结构防水工程专项施工方案5 1.2、胶凝材料为达到混凝土高性能、高耐久性的要求,混凝土配制时应选用优质的水泥,性能优良的矿粉、粉煤灰等矿物掺合料,或者选用有上述二者复配形成的复合型胶凝材料;限制每立方米混凝土中胶凝材料的最低和最高用量,胶凝材料的技术性能要求如下:1)水泥a、强度等级不低于 42.5 的硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,其质量必须符合通用硅酸盐水泥(GB175-2007)的要求;b、碱含量小于 0.6%,C3A含量不超过 8%;c、水泥比表面积 350/kg(硅酸盐水泥),水泥比表面积300/kg(硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥);
35、d、在确定最终水泥品种之前,应对水泥与所使用的掺和材料、外加剂等进行复配试验,以选用匹配的、性能优良的水泥。2)粉煤灰粉 煤 灰 原 材 料 符 合 用 于 水 泥 和 混 凝 土 中 粉 煤 灰(GB/T1596-2005)标准中规范的II 级灰以上标准。3)矿粉矿粉原材料符合用于水泥和混凝土中的粒化高炉矿渣微粉(GB/T18046-2008)混 凝 土 结 构 耐 久 性 设 计 与 施 工 指 南(CCES-01-2004(2005年修订版)中 S95级以上要求。4)综合要求尽量减少胶凝材料中水泥的用量,掺合材料中对粉煤灰、矿粉等掺和比,在不同季节宜作调整,优质粉煤灰、矿粉等矿物掺合料或
