15、7文档编码:CS1A4S5X3Z4 HV4A4N5P7Q2 ZD1T5N6W2Z71 小步跑:身体稍前倾,大腿与水平线约城3545 度角,膝关节放松,然后大腿下压的惯性前伸,并很快以前脚掌积极着地,脚趾最后完成扒地动作。2 车轮跑:摆动大腿抬到水平,小腿随惯性向上摆出,然后随着摆动大腿的积极下压,小腿积极向下刨扒,着地是膝关节稍微弯曲,上体可以稍微后仰。3 波比跳:保持站姿,双脚微开,膝盖微屈,下蹲双手撑地,双脚往后跳,让身体呈现一个伏地挺身的姿势做一下俯卧撑,在俯卧撑起来的时候,连跳起来。4 俯卧撑:双手撑到地面,略宽与肩,腰背挺直向下至大小臂成90度向上至手臂自然伸直。5 纵跳:膝关节微屈

23、仰卧与地垫上,膝部曲成90 度左右,脚部放在地上。切勿把脚部固定。10 背肌练习:背起,身体俯卧与垫子,肚脐要紧贴垫子。11 半蹲跳:膝关节微屈,向上向前跳。12 抱膝跳:双脚开立,与肩同宽,用力向上跳,向上跳至膝关节与胸部在一水平面上,使膝盖尽量碰到胸,双手做抱膝的动作。13.跨步跳:后腿用力蹬伸,滞留在身体后小腿要放松,大概与地面平行,前腿屈膝前顶,送髋,落地时小腿积极后拉,脚掌扒地,手臂上提摆至肩高制动,有明显的腾空时间。14.蛙跳:两腿尽量下蹲,起跳前做好预备姿势,重心在前脚掌,起跳时脚尖受力,起跳过程中腹肌要尽量拉伸,以弹跳的更远。折返跑:折返时要以最短的时间把速度降下来,折返以后以
