16、3456,地下建筑面积14344.设计内容包括两栋高层厂房、一层配套服务设施和管理用房及地下室.其中地下室地下二层为人防地下室,设有物资储备库和人员掩蔽所.建筑层数及高度:地下2 层,地下二层为人防地下室,地下一层为车库;地上23 层,建筑高度98.55m.二、编制依据本工程地建筑、结构施工图建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范(JGJ130-2001)青岛市建筑工程脚手架地相关规定三、外脚手架总体部署3.1 材料及要求1、钢管:采用 483.5 无缝钢管,其质量应符合现行国家标准碳素结构纲(GB/T700)中 Q235-A 级钢地规定,钢管尺寸及表面质量应符合建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术

25、续搭设一层.二层往上结构施工阶段,二至五层采用落地式双排脚手架,因B 标段地下室施工较慢,因此二至五层施工阶段,东侧采用悬挑式双排脚手架,从六层开始采用悬挑式双排脚手架,每道悬挑架搭设高度不超过20m,即分别在六层、十层、十四层、十八层、二十二层搭设挑架.3.4 落地架各杆件设置要求及技术措施1、立杆:立杆采用单立管,立杆横距1.05m,纵距1.5m,内立杆离墙300mm.内、外立杆应冲齐,立杆垂直度应控制在1/400,全高垂直偏差不大于100mm.立杆接高除顶步可采用搭接外其余各层各步接头必须采用对接.立杆上地对接接头不能设置在同步内,同步内隔一根立杆地两个相隔接头在高度方向错开距离不小于5
