25、区域:办公区域、生产区域、食宿及厂区。(三)方针:更新观念、精益求精、全员参与、持续改善!(四)目标:(1)推行阶段目标:自 2012 年 3 月 1 日开始,确保两个月建立基础,三个月初见成效,六个月明显改善,八个月以后达到公司“7S”管理要求并持续改善。(2)最终目标:环境清新、物流有序;标记清晰,安全保障;培养素质、提高效率;稳定品质,提升形象。(五)要求:(1)“7S”是一个行动纲领,需要各部门全体员工共同执行与规范。(2)“7S”是一项持序推行与改进的现场管理工作,必须小组领导与文档编码:CY6A5P2H7R6 HQ1A5R3B6Q9 ZY6Y7B10T10P7文档编码:CY6A5P
