1、Unit 1 Whats he like? 一、学情分析:学生之前已经对相关内容有部分了解,对各科老师的表达都比较熟悉,已掌握了一定数量的形容人物特征的形容词。因此,活动设计要激活学生的最近发展区,通过不同层次的活动使效率最大化,知识系统化、条理化,促进完整表达的输出。二、单元内容分析:本单元是五年级上册第一单元,围绕“whats he like?话题展开,在新学期讨论老师和同学的真实情境中引出四组情境对话和一个story。讨论朋友、老师、同学的话题是学生比较感兴趣的话题,而且五年级学生已经掌握了一些关于人物性格特征的词汇和询问人的句子,在本单元学习中,重点通过听、说、读、写等活动使学生掌握本
2、单元主要交际语言:”Whats he/she like?He/She isIs he/she?Yes,he/she is.No,he/she isnt.”等讨论人物性格特征的交际用语和相关词汇,并能通过学习发展学生的语言交际能力,以便在现实生活中应用。三、单元教学目标:1.知识目标(1)能够掌握本单元的19个单词,并熟练运用。(2)通过对话学习能够掌握主要句型:“Who is?He/She isWhats he/she like?He/She is.Is he/she?Yes,he/she is.No,he/she isnt.”等交际用语,并准确熟练地运用在实际交际当中。(3)学会唱一首英文歌
3、“Whos your teacher?”。2.能力目标通过语言学习以及多种形式的交际活动,能够掌握本单元词汇和主要句型,并运用其进行正确交际,解决实际生活中如何询问人和讨论人的性格特征的问题,培养良好的语言交际能力。3.情感目标通过本课学习,培养学生主动运用英语交际的习惯并促使他们去发现他人的良好品德。单元小结A 第一课时一、教学内容与目标1.教学内容:A Lets learn &ask and answer &lets spell2.教学目标:a. 能听懂问句Whos your art teacher? Is he young?并能做出正确回答;b. 能听、说、读、写单词old,young,
4、funny,kind,strict,并能在上下文中理解其意思;c. 能描述人物外貌特征。二、教学重、难点重点:能表演Lets learn的内容并在实际情景中运用所学语言进行交流和运用。难点:用英语准确询问并回答人物特征,如:Who is?He/She isWhats he/she like? He/She isIs he/she? Yes,he/she is.No,he/she isnt.等。三、课前准备卡片、录音机、课件四、教学步骤1热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)(1)sing a song“whos your teacher?”(2)show pictures and sa
5、y.出示一些学科教师图片,让学生快速说出来,如:Chinese teacher/maths teacher/English teacher/art teacher/music teacher.T:Whos this man/woman?S:He/She is our两组师生示范后,转做生生问答。2呈现(Presentation)(1)Look and guess. 出示刚才展示的教师图片,让学生猜一猜教师是什么性格?T:Guess,whats he/she like?S:Is he/she strict/funny?T:Yes,he/she is.No,he/she isnt.两组示范后,将卡
6、片交给学生,进行生生对话。(2)展示Lets learn图片,快速让学生说出Mr还是Miss.(3)look at the pictures and say.(4)播放课本插图,两人一组选择图片讨论.(5)学习Ask and answera.show a picture of their head teacher and talk about him or her with the students.b.听录音模仿朗读。(6)学习Lets spella. Read,listen and chantb.让学生听录音,完成课本中“Listen,number and say.”和“listen,wr

Hes old.等;并能够运用这些句型讨论新教师、新同学;b.能够听懂Lets try的录音内容并勾出你所听到的图片;了解中西方称呼上的差异。二、教学重、难点重点:能表演Lets talk图,的交际内容并能根基实际情况用英语讨论人物。难点:用英语准确询问

Yes,he/she is.No,he/she isnt.等。三、课前准备课件、任课教师卡片、录音机、磁带。四、教学步骤1热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)(1)Lets look and say the names(通过ppt播放一些卡通图片,分别展示年老、年轻、滑稽、有礼貌、工作努力、聪明、严格等外貌和性格特征,让学生认读,说一说这是谁、怎么样。(2)lets listen and sing“whos your teacher?”2呈现(Presen
10、tation)(1)学习Main scenea.出示main scene部分图,让学生观察who?what are they talking about?b.让学生看图片想象并回答老师的问题。c.引导学生将讨论的结果讨论交流。d.听录音,模仿朗读,理解对话内容。e.指名朗读对话,并理解主要句子的意思,掌握单词、句子读法。f.教师带读、学生模仿、齐读练习、生生对话、小组表演。(2)学习“Lets try and Lets talk”a.listen and tick.听录音,完成探究第一题。b.创设情境,这节课让我们和Oliver,Wu Yifan一起去了解Mr Young好不好?播放课件图片,

Yes,he/she is.No,he/she isnt.等进行真实交际。三、课前准备课件、任课教师卡片、录音机、磁带。四、教学步骤1热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)(1)sing a song“whos your teacher?”(2)我做你说请几位同学上台借助肢体和其他道具表演old,funny,polite,hard-working,kind等词,其他同学观看并比赛猜词,同时将手中单词卡片展示出来。(3)Lets
