1、学习资料收集于网络,仅供参考学习资料2017 年新人教版部编版二年级语文上册教学工作总结本学期,我担任二年级的语文教学工作,为了更好地完成教学任务,适应新教材教学工作的要求,我从各方面严格要求自己,积极钻研教材,结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况,勤勤恳恳,兢兢业业,使教学工作有计划,有组织,有步骤地开展。立足现在,放眼未来,为使今后的工作取得更大的进步,现对本学期教学工作作出总结,希望能发扬优点,克服不足,总结检验教训,继往开来,以促进教学工作更上一层楼。一、积极听课,认真备课,善于反思听课,不仅开阔了思路,也为备课过程积累了丰富的素材。各种鲜活生动的事例,各种教学方法,模式的展示,微小细节

2、之处的精彩处理,使我在丰富课堂教学的同时,也改变了学生对学习感到枯燥,单调,脱离实际的成见。二、紧抓作业批改,注重学困生辅导作业的检查和批改,是检测学生知识掌握情况的重要途径。开学以来,我一直坚持作业的认真批改,这不仅有利于对学生知识落实的情况的更好掌握,更使我对学生课堂表现情况,有了一个更加全面的认识。从而能够更好的根据学生的情况,调整教学。对于个班里的学困生,我一直坚持个别知识辅导和思想教育相结合的方式,在给学生谈理想,谈目标的同时,激发学生的学习热情。学习资料收集于网络,仅供参考学习资料三、重视读和说的训练语文是一门工具学科,它不同于数学,语文教学要求语言文字教学和情节,内容教学相结合,

3、相辅相成。而低年级的语言文字教学显得尤为重要。听,说,读,写是语文教学的四个基本环节,我认为,在低年级“说”和“读”的重要性尤为突出。所以,在教学中我特别重视“说”和“读”的训练。语文教科书上“口际交际”是一项很重要的教学内容。整个学期,我注重教学生由词说到句,再由句说到段。给学生营造一种快乐的学习氛围,让每个同学都有“说”的欲望,勇敢地畅所欲言。在有话说的基础上,教给同学一些说的技巧,用不同的词语或语句表达一种意思,怎样有顺序地,不零乱的表达自己要说的话。同时,叫其他同学学会听,能够评议同学的发言。尽量照顾发言面的广,让全班同学都能得到锻炼。集体讨论同学提出的保护动物的方案行不行,为什么说出

11、CQ4L3B3H8T2 HA8K10W3I4P7 ZS8D9J6K5C1学习资料收集于网络,仅供参考学习资料(1)耐心辅导。对于学困生,我是给爱心,讲方法。使他们不断进步。有些同学的语文成绩差,又十分懒惰而贪玩,常不完成家庭作业,还拖欠课堂作业。对此我经常与他们交心谈心,鼓励他们,常看到他们的闪光点,哪怕只是点滴进步,我都给予一个“优”加以赞许,让他们找会自信,找到学习的乐趣。除此,我还采取家访和电话联系,通过家庭和学校共同辅导,使这些学生有较大的进步。(2)用心测评。每学完一组课文,我都指导学生认真复习,巩固所学的知识,然后对学生掌握知识的情况进行检测,最后讲评,对知识查漏补缺,使学生对知识
