1、2019 年度职业学校工作计划一、指导思想继续以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,认真学习贯彻xx 大精神,从学校工作和学生思想实际出发,加强班主任队伍的思想政治教育和业务素质培训,抓好班级管理工作,提高学生道德素质,努力使班主任工作再上一个新台阶。二、工作要点一班主任队伍建设1,新老帮扶结对在青年班主任和本年级段的优秀班主任之间开展“师徒结对”活动,师徒之间经常性地进行工作经验交流,“师傅”要无私帮助,“徒弟”要虚心学习,围绕制定班队工作计划、确立班级目标、营造良好班风、开展班级活动、培养小干部、帮助后进生等方面,通过研讨、指导、学习,取长补短,提高青年班主任的思想素质和管理能力。期末,要求“徒弟
2、”认真写好学习心得。“师徒结对”活动名单:2,组织交流讨论每月举行一次“班主任例会”,有计划、有重点地对班主任进行思想、业务等常规培训。组织班主任学习教育理论和班级管理知识交流班主任经验,取长补短,共同提高;树立先进典型,表彰先进班主任;引导班主任总结自己的点滴经验,并把总结经验和教育科研结合起来。本学期班主任工作经验交流安排如下:三月份:xxx建设一个团结奋进的班集体。四月份:xxx爱心、耐心、细心开展班级工作五月份:xx良好班风建设六月份:xxx培养一支卓有成效的小干部二、加强班风建设学校班级工作计划要点”学校班级工作计划要点”1安排班级活动要以全国少工委颁布的“加强少先队思想道德教育和深
3、化体验教育的意见”为基础内容,根据学校德育工作安排,引导少年儿童开展各项实践活动。活动要加强对少年儿童思想品德教育和创新精神与实践能力的培养,面向全体学生,促进学生全面发展。活动之前要制定好计划,明确活动要求,设计好活动并扎扎实实地组织实施,力求取得主题教育的最大效应。班主任与学生一起确定好本学期各项活动的主题,组织和指导学生开展灵活多样、富有情趣的课内外活动,如主题班队活动、校园文化活动、社会实践活动等,友谊中队举办一些联谊活动。2营造向上氛围根据各年级学生的年龄特点,努力营造平等、围结、和谐、进取的班级氛围。1制定班级公约、班风,给自己班级、小队取个新名字,创作班歌等。2布置教室环境。如设

11、参与意识,提供显示学生才华的时机,在潜移默化中逐渐形成自理自治能力,表达学生的主体地位,开掘创新精神。3指导培养小干部班级小干部是班主任的左右手。要认真选拔小干部,同时要精心培养小干部。第一,帮助小干部树立威信;第二,鼓励小干部大胆工作,指点他们工作方法;第三,严格要求小干部在知识、能力上取得更大进步,在纪律上以身作则,力求从各方面给全班起到模范带头作用,亦即“以点带面”;第四,培养干部团结协作的精神,要能够通过干部这个小集体建立正确、健全的舆论,带动整个班集体开展批评与自我批评,形成集体的组织性、纪律性和进取心,亦即“以面带面”。三、班级考核评比1加强常规检查评比在上学期的基础上,本学期将不
