1、1/6小学教育社会实践报告社会实践是帮助自己把在学校学习的知识运用到实际工作中的一个重要途径,找到自己的不足,发现了自己在教学工作方面的优缺点,积累了实践的经验,争取在以后的教育实践中发挥利用自己的长处,克服自己的不足,从而不断改进自己的教学,提高教学质量,使我们更好地胜任教师这个角色。实习,让我们收获,让我们成长,更让我们明白:成为一名老师,一名合格、优秀的老师,我们仍需不断地学习、不断地努力,在实践中摸索、在实践中进步!通过本次实践,使我了深刻感受到教师这个行业的神圣性,重要性,以及教师行业的责任的巨大,也深感自身的不足,对此,我觉得,要想成为一个合格的专业的优秀的人类灵魂工程师,必须要做
2、到以下几个方面:一、注重备课内容。备课是教师教学工作的一个重要部分,是上好课的前提和保证。如果备课不认真,考虑不周密,就会影响课堂教学的教学效率和教学任务的完成。有些教师为了弥补课内损失,加班补课、多留作业,同时又使教师更没时间备课,以致课堂教学效率更低。这样总是处于被动状态,工作辛辛苦苦,但教学质量又理想。因此,教师要上好课,必须备好课。即使是有经验的教师,也要坚持认真备课。备课是一项深入细致的工作。通常先从整体入手,对一学期的教2/6学工作加以通盘考虑和安排,拟定学期计划;然后是进一步作好每堂课的教学准备,写出课时计划。这一工作过程的内容,主要是学习教学大纲;钻研教材(包括教学参考书),了
3、解学生,拟定授课计划,以及准备教具等。要把一堂课上好,取得良好的效果,必须有充分的课前准备,教师除了对教材教法的把握外,更主要的是对学生把握。要深入了解每一个学生的认知特点,知识储备和对学习新知识的兴趣、动机、情感状况等。只有对这些情况有所了解,才能更好地因材施教。二、注重教学过程中师生互动这一环节。现代教学不再局限于传统的单向活动方式。而是强调教学一种多边活动,提倡师生之间、学生之间的多边活动。新课改特别强调以学生的发展为本,促进学生个性发展,培养学生创新精神和实践能力,以前上课主要是教师讲学生听的教学形式。教师做表演式的讲授、提问、示范,有条不紊地安排一节课教学程序,关注的是教师如何教,而
4、学生如何学论及很少,因而是一种由教师和学生的单向交流模式,这种单向交流模式不能体现教学活动的复杂性。而现在的课堂教学角色变了,教与学的方式变了。现代教学认为,多向交流能最大程度地发挥相互作用的潜能,因为教师与学生之间、学生与学生之间的多项互动,形成了一个信息交流的立体网络,可以极大地调动学生参与教学的积极性,提高学生的参与度。因此教与学的关系是相互作用的互动关系,教学过程是教师与学生、学生与学生的多向互动过程。如果教学过程实现了师生之间、学生之间的互动,那么教学过程就不再是文档编码:CM4F2H5M5M6 HL10N1G5K2H7 ZJ1V1T3K6V9文档编码:CM4F2H5M5M6 HL1

12、师的引导作用与学生的学习主人作用结合过程,是教师引导学生主动、积极参与学习的过程。所以,现代教学是每一个学生是否都自觉主动地参与到发现、思维、探索、操作的学习过程中,许多教师采用了有利于学生主动、自主、创造性学习的教学方法,尊重学生的主体地位,从而取得了良好的教学效果。三、注重培养学生主动参与、亲身实践、独立思考、合作探究的能力。学生是具有主观能动性,充满活力的人。作为教学主体的学生在教学活动中不是也不应该处于消极被动的地位,而应是积极主动的。在教学活动中教师不是实施简单的加工改造,而是要引导学生进行积极主动的学习,要把学生看成是具有主观能动性、充满活力的人。课堂教学是传授知识、培养能力、形成

20、V94/6有利于促进学生的全面发展。课堂上每位学生主动参与、自由读书、热烈讨论、谈讲感悟。这样,就极大地调动了学生的学习积极性和参与兴趣,教师在学生学习的基础上给予恰当的指导,使其有所提高,充分体现了教师为主导,学生为主体的作用。四、创建全新的教学方法。学校是育人摇篮。教学是一种有目的有计划的培养人的创造性活动。现代教学决不是单纯地传授知识,更重要的是发展学生的智力,发展学生内在创造潜能,全面提高学生素质。这就要求改变传统的教学方法,创建全新的教学方法体系,转变教学观念是最基础的一环。具体地说,要实现四方面教学观念的转变。1、从注重学生外在变化转向注重学生内在变化。传统教学追求的目标知识的掌握
21、,也就是使学生从不知到知,从知之较少到知之较多。因此,教学的注意点放在学生外在的活动与变化上,主要是注意的集中,记忆的牢固,答题的准确。2、从强调学习的结果转向强调学习的过程。现代信息社会对人才的需求已从知识型转向能力型。为适应这种情况,教学相应发生了重大转变,这个转变涉及到如何看待知识。因为学习的最终目标是应用,应用,更多的是在新的情况和条件下去寻求未知的东西,这就需要思维能力。长期以来,由于强调学习的结果,在学习解答问题时,只要求做出一个唯一正确的答案,而这个问题的情境往往与书本的情境相同。因此,使学生把注意力集中在记忆和背诵上,强调学习的过程,主要目标不是要求学生提出一个标准答案,而是要
