2、6 页第二季度培训综述第二季度学院培训进入了高峰运行期,培训班次和人次明显增多,高端培训项目的开发和实施进入关键阶段。按照集团公司的统一部署和要求,开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动,采取多种有效形式,做到规定动作到位、自选动作创新,以学习实践活动促进学院培训创新的不断深化,促进学院科学持续发展。一、科学发展观学习实践活动与培训紧密结合科学发展观进课堂是学院科学发展观学习实践活动的重要举措。在直属单位党政正职培训班、第七期高层管理人员短期工商管理培训班、总部机关业务人员岗位适应性培训班、巴陵石化直属单位党委书记等培训班,设置了科学发展观专题模块,邀请了中央党校教授讲授和辅导,正确认识开展学习实践科

3、学发展观的现实意义和紧迫性等容,帮助学员深刻理解科学发展观的有关重大问题。要求第48 期党校班和六个国际化人才培训班的学员在学院参加学习调研阶段的学习活动。学员的学习活动呈现出氛围浓厚、全员参与、主题突出的特点,直属单位党政正职培训班、第七期高层管理人员短期工商管理培训班的学员还积极参与了学院科学发展的调研活动,为学院的科学发展、提高培训质量提出了重要的意见和建议,指出了制约学院科学发展的问题,学院认真研究了这些问题,作为整改的重点加以落实。二、高层管理人员培训按计划启动和实施4 月 21 日,第一期直属单位党政正职培训班开班。目的是为了加强集团公司直属单位领导班子建设,加强领导干部的思想政治

11、下游直属单位的30 名党政正职负责人参加了培训。培训结束时,集团公司党组成员、总经理树林在百忙之中来学院看望学员,并作了重要讲话。集团公司党组成员、纪检组长王作然出席开班仪式并作动员讲话。为期8 天的培训,容安排得非常紧凑,无论是上课,还是研讨,学员都认真思考和交流,积极参与。很多学员还利用课间休息时间与授课教师继续深入讨论。在案例研讨会上,学员发言十分踊跃,对企业出现的群体性事件以及如何在第二天课堂上发挥好本组角色进行了热烈讨论。讨论结束后,有些学员意犹未尽,在晚饭餐桌上继续议论,甚至辩论。学员反映此次培训设计的容主题突出,形式多样,结合集团公司的生产经营和发展战略,针对性强,收获很大。5

12、月 20 日,集团公司第七期高层管理人员短期工商管理培训班开班。本次培训班为期30 天,共有来自集团公司各主要业务板块的29 名学员参加培训。我院在前几期培训的基础上,进一步优化教学方案、调整了模块设计,培训容以贯彻落实科学发展观,提升管理能力、经营创新能力及执行力与领导艺术为主线,培训方式上加大了案例、体验式和实战模拟教学的比例,师资方面继续坚持聘请国外知名专家学者授课,确保了培训的效果。为贯彻落实集团公司信息化工作会议精神,从整体层面提高企业领导人员及总部管理人员对ERP的认知水平和应用能力,进一步推进ERP深化应用工作的开展,由信息系统管理部会同人事部、油田勘探开发事业部、炼油事业部、化

20、H1P4 ZS5V5I10Q9I1文档编码:CG6I10H7O8P3 HF9A10A1H1P4 ZS5V5I10Q9I1化应用培训班,第三期为销售企业领导人员ERP深化应用培训班。培训期间信息部的领导、ERP系统开发专家进行了授课和辅导。三、现场教学容和形式丰富多彩进入第二季度以来,重点培训班的现场教学在相关企业和现场教学基地实施,效果得到学员的好评。第 48 期党校班学员赴井冈山进行现场体验教学,学员一致认为,这次井冈山之行,感受颇多,收获很大,受益匪浅,享用终生。通过井冈山现场教学,进一步坚定了理想信念,丰富了理论知识,增强了科学决策和创新意识,增强了战胜困难的信心和勇气,锻炼了作风。第三

21、期电气安全经济运行高级研修班,在扬子石油化工热电厂和烯烃厂进行现场教学,重点就 220KV变电站,一次、二次变配电系统及自动化设备以及烯烃装置继电保护系统等容进行现场学习和考察,将课堂上学到的东西与现场装置运行结合,向现场工程技术人员请教。第一期节水高研班到石化公司现场教学,专家介绍了炼油和化工装置整体情况、节能节水情况,以及未来对节能节水方面的要做的工作,并和学员进行了技术交流。重点了解和掌握炼油分部和化工分部节水减排关键设备和工艺,在循环水厂、污水处理厂、动力厂考察了边沟水回收设备、生化处理设备、乏气回收设备的运行情况。并和技术人员就设备综合能耗情况、难降解废水处理技术、节能降耗的措施进行

30、工作需要,选择理论基础雄厚、企业实践经验丰富、授课水平高、来院讲课次数较多的53 名专家和学者为我院客座教授。新聘任的客座教授均是高校、咨询公司、科研机构、集团公司总部与直属企业等行业外、国外的知名专家和学者,其中外籍客座教授 5 名。客座教授制度有效整合国外培训资源,充分发挥行业专家与专业研究人员的作用,是我院建成国际化企业培训机构的一项重要举措。两项集团公司科研课题相继完成。5 月 22 日,现代企业制度下大型国有控股企业人才资源管理机制研究人才资源机制建设实践与完善课题鉴定会在学院召开。该课题 2007 年在股份公司科技开发部立项,目的是为人才队伍建设(20092020 年)中长期规划
