1、第 1 页 共 7 页高二英语教师教学工作计划高二英语教师教学工作计划一、指导思想在本学期的英语教学中,坚持以下面的教学理念为指导:第一,在切实了解学生的真实水平和结合学生历次考试成绩的的基础上,适当改变教学方法,加强学法指导;第二,教学要面向全体学生,关注学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣;第三,以学生为主体,尊重个体差异,因材施教;第四,在新课标的指导下,倡导学生体验参与学习,完成设计目标;第五,注重过程性评价,建立能鼓励学生自主学习能力发展提高的综合评价体系。二、学生情况分析a)本届高二学生在英语基础方面很薄弱。尽管经过一年又半的学习,但是在词汇,语法规则等方面存在很多缺漏。所以,在听、

2、说、读、写这四项技能上,学生水平存在很大差异。b)学生在学习策略和情感态度方面也存在需要进一步解决的问题。例如:学习缺乏主动性、自觉性;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能主动做好课前预习和课后复习工作,学习没有计划性和策略性,也不注意知识的积累和巩固。)在课堂上,习惯于以往被动地接受所传授的知识,不善于发现和总结语言规律,学习的主体性不突出。三、教材与教辅的分析第 2 页 共 7 页本学期采用的仍然是外研社的英语教材,包括选修修模块7 和8。所以本学期教学任务更加繁重,时间更加加紧迫。每一单元除了关注阅读、写作、听力、视听说等语言实践活动,还关注语言知识、情感态度、文化意识和学习策略等。其

3、中,通过并利用教材培养和坚强学生的阅读理解能力和以前的必修教材有很大的不同。本学期的选修教材强调学生综合语言运用能力的培养和提高,所以重点在于培养学生用英语获取信息、处理信息的能力;用英语分析问题、解决问题的能力;用英语进行思维和表达的能力。难点在于学生在情感态度和学习策略上的改变,达到用英语思维和表达的目标。四、教学目标通过对选修模块7、8 的学习,让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累,并形成正确人生观、价值观,有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力,积累学习方法。更重要的是培养学会僧的阅读理解能力,提高学生的应试水平。五、教学措施a)让学生每天积累几个单词,利用互测及

20、带领学生欣赏并学唱经典英文歌曲,以歌曲为载体让学生体会不同文化差异,开拓学生视野,学会理解和包容,并通过学唱英文歌曲提升学生英语学习的兴趣,收到了一定的效果。三 积极参加各种活动本学期我积极参加了学校举办的各项比赛并参加郑州市教育局举办的英语教师基本功大赛,经过第一轮的笔试,第二轮的高考命题比赛,和第三轮的说课比赛,近自己的最大能力,争取在专业成长上不断进步。高二英语教师期末工作总结【二】本学期,我担任高二年级168班和 175 班英语教学工作。在工作中,本人遵守学校各项制度,按时出勤、上课、组织学生晨读,积极参加学校组织的各种教学活动,严格要求自己,虚心向老教师请教,结合本校的实际条件和学生

28、学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,我每天都尽量使自己有充足的精神,这样,授课就事半功倍。在备课时我从学生的实际出发,立足学生的现实,精心寻找突破口,设计出不同层次的教学内容,想方设法使每一位同学都能参与到我的课堂教学中来,让他们在每堂课上都有所得。因为英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。所以在备课中设计出很多调动学生兴趣的活动方式,引发他们的学习积极性。课外辅导与课内讲课相辅相成。二、认真做好培优辅差工作学生在不断学习中,出现好差分化现象,差

29、生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气,因此,绝对不能忽视。为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。平时懒动脑筋不学的同学,对这些同学,我采取集体辅导,给他们分配固定任务,不让他们有偷懒的机会,让他们发挥应有水平;对于肯学,但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导,耐心教导,慢慢提高他们的成绩,不能操之过急,且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力,成绩有望搞提高;对于纪律松散,学习不认真,基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境,才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导,这些同学基础重新建立起来,以后授课的效果就会更好。在差生的辅导过程中
