1、Unit 2 Bens birthdayPart A (第二课时) 教学设计禄丰县第四中学 普良艳一、教材分析: 本课时围绕“Ben的生日”这一主题,从谈论生日的具体日期入手,把有关“询问日期”、“邀请”,“征求意见”等日常交际用语与词汇和句型有机地结合起来。本课时展示了英语国家“过生日”的文化风俗和习惯。 二、学情分析: 本单元的重点之一是让学生学会用序数词来进行表达。A部分的教学内容牵涉较多的日期的表达(序数词的运用)学生在本节课中很难掌握,所以为了缓解本节课的教学难度,让学生能够更好地掌握对话,本课教学之前提前了B部分的教学,以及句型What date is it today ?Its
2、.学生的掌握情况不是很好,能够理解,但不能够熟练表达。 三、教学目标: (一) 知识目标: 1、能听懂、会说、会读和会写单词及句子:birthday、date 、when 、as、 present;Whens your birthday? My birthdays on . What would you like as a birthday present? Id like .2、能听懂、会说和会读单词及日常交际用语:wait、VCD、Aladdin;What date is it today? Its the 16th of October. My birthdays coming. Wou
3、ld you like to my birthday party? Would you like a VCD of Japanese cartoons, too? Lets wait and see.(二)能力目标: 使学生能够学会问日期、问生日、邀请、征求意见,并能够运用本节课的重要句型进行综合的交际运用,培养学生综合语言运用的能力。 (三)情感目标: 让学生在学习的过程中能够树立自信,并学会关心他人,尊重他人,互相团结友爱。 四、教学重点、难点: 1、能够正确掌握本课的交际用语及句型What date is it today ? 8、强调日期的表达the of ) 【设计意图:序数词和月份的熟练是表达好日期的关键,也是为本课的问生日的教学做充分的铺垫工作。用标志图来复习序数词可以调动学生的积极性,也使前后知识成为真正的整体,相互辅助,以旧带新,以新固旧,这样学生所学的知识才能融会贯通。三个节日的安排能够拓展学生的知识,也让学生清楚了日期的表达,更为后面的节日学习做准备。】Step 2 Presentation and practice 1、T:My birthday is coming . 17、f Japanese cartoonsbirthday presentwait and seethe 16th of October八、教后笔记:本节课是镇“六模块”的一节研讨课,在教学过程中,利用多媒体教学课件辅助教学,使各个环节变的更为直观,学生们较喜欢此形式。通过调查同学的生日和想要的礼物这样一个活动来操练本课的四会句型,锻炼学生的口语交际能力。在学习的过程中,突出学生的主体性,充分尊重学生的发现和创造。同时利用奖励机制,激发学生的竞争意识,活跃课堂气氛,取得了较好的效果。本节课我注意了培养学生从听力材料获取信息的能力,培养学生从阅读材料中获取信息的能力。本着这两个主要目的,首先通过Da
18、ily report引出今天的教学主题“Birthday ”从而为A部分的教学做一个良好的铺垫。为了培养学生说的能力,我创造机会让他们多说。看图提问题、阅读教学中要求学生读懂对话或短文,要求学生完成其对语言材料理解程度的问答题、填空题等。在拓展性训练中,我创设了一个语言交际活动的情景,让学生根据这一情景在生活中来灵活运用本课所学知识,从而达到引导和鼓励学生积极主动地参加语言实践活动,提高其综合运用英语能力的目的。课堂上的学习效果特好。 Unit 2 Bens birthday巩固案班级:姓名: 自评: 师评:1、Read and complete.Ben: What _ is it today
