2、 Zhejiang 315800, China Abstract ObjectiveTo study penumbra of perihematoma and the time window in r at model of intracerebral hemorrhage.MethodsWe used coagulated autologous blo od to establish the rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage and employed TTC and H E staining to identify normal tissue、isc
3、hemic tissue、and necrotic foci. Theischemic scope and necrotic scope were analyzed quantitatively by image analysi s technique. Furthermore, the time window of perihematoma penumbra area was dete rmined by statistical analysis of perihematoma penumbra area at different time g roups.Results It sugges
