2、ve Clinical significance of determination of serum troponin, myoglobin tsutsugamushi disease patients. Methods We selected 342 cases of tsutsugamushi disease, myocardial enzymology, electrocardiogram, cardiac troponin I (cTnI), (Mb) test, some patients underwent ultrasound heartbeat graph examinatio
3、n further, and regularly review. Over the same period in our hospital physical examination personnel were compared with 60 cases. Results 342 patients with multiple myocardial enzyme abnormalities, myoglobin abnormality, compared with the control group, there was signif icant difference. No signific
4、ant changes of troponin. Conclusion Tsutsugamushi Disease patients with myocardial injury is not obvious, but the skeletal muscle damage. Diagnosis not by serum enzyme abnormalities, abnormal electrocardiogram as myocardial damage of tsutsugamushi disease.
