1、螺狮粉食材:米粉:Rice Noodle螺汤:Soup Bases Of River Snails Rice Noodle酸豆角:Sour Beans酸笋:Sour Bamboo Shoot木耳:Agaric黑木耳:Black Fungus萝卜干:Dried Radish花生:Peanut腐竹:Dried Beancurd Sticks红油:Red Oil螺狮粉做法:1、将粉直接用冷水微火煮沸8-10分钟。注:建议滴两滴醋,这样粉 会非常Q弹。2、将煮粉水倒掉,重新放入400ml水。3、煮至沸腾,将浓汤倒入,然后将食材一起倒入锅中,烫12分钟后 关火,将红油、花生倒入。即可食用。1 .Put
