1、 Good morning, my dear judges. Its my great honor to stand here and interpret my teaching design. Today my topic is The teaching content is section , of Unit of PEP secondary English, Book . Now, I will explain the lesson from the following aspects. Analysis of teaching material; teaching aims; impo
2、rtant and difficult points; teaching and learning methods; teaching procedure; assignments and layout.Firstly, lets focus on the analysis of teaching content. PEP secondary English book 8 is mainly about training students English skills. It will improve students communicative ability based on some b
3、asic words and phrases. This lesson is a section of Unit .It includes parts: and . In part 1, it mainly deals with , And, in part 2, it deals with the : Through this lesson, students will master some practical words and phrases, and they can communicate with each other freely by using these knowledg

Our students are in Grade . They are active and curious, enthusiastic and nterested

After learning English for more than seven years, they have some basic English background knowledge, so the teacher should attach importance to the communication with them, providing them the chances of using language. To make sure a better understanding, In this lesson, I will mainly
11、 use “Task-based teaching method” and the competition method. If necessary, methods such as discussion, practice, role playing will be used.I will lead students to use some good learning methods, such as self learning, team work, coorperation and communication. Through these learning methods, studen
12、ts can improve their ability of analysis and solving problem.3. 教学过程According to the previous analysis, I will design my teaching procedure as follows:I will finish the lesson in 7 steps.Step 1. Greeting ,Warming-upIt will take about 2 mins.After greeting, I will begin the lesson by singing a song,
13、because I think the song can relax students and make them interested in this lesson.Step2. revision and lead inIt will take 3mins about this part.In this part, I will lead students to review the last lesson and introduce the new lesson. Step 3. PresentationIt will take about 25 mins.First, students
14、should pronounce new words in this lesson and then I will correct them. By learning new words, students should pay attention to what will be learnt. Based on the last lesson,With the help of PPT, I will set a learning situation. By using cartoons and pictures, I will introduce the topic and inspire
15、students to pay attention to the important knowledge.Before playing the tape, I will use task based teaching methods to give students some questions and let them listen with these questions. Considering their listening skills, the tape may be played for many times in order to make students understan
16、d.To check students understanding of this text, to train students self-learning ability, I will let students read the text by themselves, and then I will let some of them say their finding in the text, including the usage of important words and phrases, their understanding and what they feel confuse
17、d. Last, I will inspire students to discuss with each other and master important and difficult points. If necessary, I will explain some of them in details. In this part, I will use competition to stimulate students. I will divide the class into several groups and they will get different marks accor
18、ding to their performance.Step4. PracticeIt will take 5 mins, there is an idom: practice makes perfect. The purpose of this is to draw the whole Ss attention to what they learn today. I will use PPT to perform some exercises, including filling blanks, oral drills and dialogues. I will inspire studen
19、ts to coorperate and communicate. Through this part, students can review what they learned in this lesson.Step 5. team work and DevelopmentIt will take 3 mins. In this step, I will give Ss a free space to show their abilities.Task-based teaching method and Communicative language teaching are used he
20、re.The activity is to develop Ss ability of communication, and also, their ability of cooperation will be well developed. They can make dialogues by themselves, and they can also learn other knowledge from their own reference book.6.self check It will take 2mins. In this part, students can think in

Conclusion It will take 2mins in this part. In this step, I will guide the Ss to conclude the key words And sentences And also, I will give them some homework to practice.
