1、校长寄语小学阶段是人一生中重要阶段。人生志向在这一阶段树立,学习习惯在这一阶段养成,美妙童年生活在这一阶段度过。敬爱老师们,我们工作就是为学生一生可持续开展作奠基工程。在理论这一宏大而神圣工程中请遵循:育人原那么: 千教万教,教人求真;千学万学,学做真人。育人目的: 情感、看法、价值真观。学习方式: 自主、合作、探究。培育形式: 学思结合、知行统一、因材施教。小学英语课程标准依据全国小学英语课程开展实际,以及2001年出台英语课程标准对小学英语教学指导性不够突出,对小学英语详细学习内容目的要求得不够详细,小学阶段词汇表、语法工程没有分别列出;对小学英语教学和评价指导力度不够,缺乏可操作性建议和

2、案例,等等问题,修订后英语课程标准在小学阶段主要表达如下特点:一、理念更先进 1更符合社会开展对人才需求。修订稿中首次将英语课程性质界定为具有工具性和人文性双重性质。语言学习不仅是为了培育学生沟通、沟通实力,更重要是在语言学习过程中,加强人格品质和道德情操修养。一个人假如具有较强语言交际实力、较高综合人文素养,他会更快地适应社会改变,更好地效劳于社会。工具性与人文性并重理念符合社会开展对人才培育需求。2更符合语言学习规律。修订稿在面对全体学生、突出学生主体、敬重个体差异根底上,更留意了语言学习渐进性和持续性。不仅表达在根本理念调整上,也表达在了课程内容设置和各级目的描绘中。语言学习是一个长期积

3、累过程,学生学习必定经验由浅入深、由易到难渐进深化过程。修订稿强调了语言学习渐进性和持续性,更符合语言学习规律。二、目的更清楚就小学英语教学而言,修订稿在对原有语言学问、语言技能、情感看法、学习策略、文化意识目的微调根底上,在技能教学参考中,对各项技能教学目、技能要求以及主要活动都赐予了分级描绘,还明确了小学阶段语法教学内容与要求,列出了小学阶段应驾驭423个根本词汇,这些也是以往教学中老师们感到比较模糊或困惑地方,这次课标修订能使老师们在教学中更好地把握教学目的。三、方法更详细课标对于一线老师而言,不仅是理念引领,也是方法指导,老师们看了后知道做什么、怎么做。照施行建议中对教学和评价都给出了

4、详细、符合实际建议,同时评价方式与方法举例特别详尽,不仅例举了各项技能不同级别评价方案,还有对评价方案评析,对老师们在教学中评价操作具有很强指导性。再如修订稿中课堂教学用语更详细、更符合实际教学须要,语言也更具有时代气息。备课要求1、教学过程四大环节:设疑自探、解疑合探、质疑再探、运用拓展四个环节后必需有时控,并且每个环节旁边必需有自己特性化设计添加或删去,并且每个环节要表达师生互动、生生互动,不能太简洁;质疑再探环节要有问题预设;运用拓展环节有学生自编题。添加内容写在每个课时教学过程边留空白处,要留意排版整齐、美观、成行、不斜。2、教学反思分“老师教和“学生学 “改进措施三个方面写,如:老师

5、教学生学改进措施每个方面结合“三疑三探教学理论过程中胜利、缺乏和改进来写,详细比照西峡县“三疑三探课堂评价标准内容进展反思,每个方面至少两行。3、备课修改一律用黑色笔迹。教学方案小学四年级英语下册教学方案一、教学目1、激发学生学习英语爱好,培育他们学习英语主动看法,使他们初步建立学习英语自信念;2、培育学生具有肯定语感和良好语音、语调书写根底,以及良好学习习惯;3、使他们初步具备用英语进展简洁日常沟通实力。4、同时培育学生视察、记忆、思维、想象和创建实力。5、适当介绍中西方文化,培育学生爱国主义精神,增加世界意志,为学生进一步学习奠定良好根底。二、教材分析本教材设计和编写表达了外语教学思想继承

6、和开展。在分析、探讨很多种国内外小学英语教材根底上,取其精华,博采众长,形成了本套教材特有编写体系。同时,有汲取了当今国内外英语作为外语教学理论和胜利经验,把这些教学理论和理论经验同我国小学外语教学实际相结合,以形成我国小学英语外语教学形式和教学方法。本册教材具有以下几个特点:1、留意学生语言运用实力培育,突出语言理论性和交际性,同时也突出语言真实性和好用性。2、留意学生自学实力和学习策略培育,为学生进一步学习或终身学习奠定根底。3、留意中外文化双向沟通,使学生通过学习,培育将来跨文化交际所须要实力。4、留意学生学习爱好培育,以不同方式最大限度激发学生学习动机。5、留意交融学科内容,加强学科之

7、间整合和浸透,让学生通过英语学习来获得其他学科学问。6、留意教材敏捷性和可操作性,以满意不同层次学生需求。7、留意教学资料配套,为学生供应良好英语学习环境,扶植学生拓展自我开展空间。8、留意中小学各阶段连接,以保证各学段顺当过渡,全面进步中小学英语教学整体质量。三、教学措施1、仔细备课,钻研教材,抓紧课堂教学,做到当堂内容当堂驾驭。2、运用各种不同肢体语言来协助教学。3、在课堂上多开展一些好玩活动、嬉戏让学生在活动中学习英语,在生活中学习英语。4、多为学生营造一些学习气氛,如:创设英语角等等。5、要求学生在课余时间尽量运用已经学习英语进展对话。6、多看英语画报,多读英语故事,多看英语书籍。7、

8、多与学生沟通,进展口语交际训练。四、主要教学目的:1、能听懂、会说12组会话,并能进展简洁沟通。2、能听、说、认读60个单词和词组并能听、说、读、写61个单词和24个句子包括学校、时间、衣服、天气、购物、农场动物、数字、颜色等几个话题,并简洁运用。3、能听、做6个TPR活动。4、能学会3个小制作。5、能唱8首歌曲。6、能听、说、唱7首歌谣。7、能完成6个自我评价活动。8、能听懂6个幽默小故事。9、能理解6项简洁中西方文化学问。五、方法措施 1、仔细备课,钻研教材,进展课堂有效教学,进步课堂效率,做到当堂内容当堂驾驭。 2、创新运用各种不同英语教学法来协助教学,如:情景教学法、干脆教学法和TPR

9、全身反响法,并开展一些好玩活动、嬉戏让学生在轻松气氛中学习英语。 3、创设英语情景和环境,使学生们在肯定英语语言环境里习得“第二语言。做到“生活中有英语,英语中有生活。 4、激励学生大胆说英语,信任盼望生进步,树立学生信念,培育学生朗读和书写习惯。 5、留意教材敏捷性和可操作性,以满意不同层次学生需求。扶植英语根底不好学生,提升英语根底好学生。 6、练习形式多种多样,手、脑、眼、肢体并用,静态、动态结合,根本功操练与自由练习结合,单项和综合练习结合。通过大量地理论,使学生具有良好地语音、语调、书写和拼读地根底,开展学生简洁日常用语沟通活动。 六、班级状况分析四年级从上个学期状况来看在英语学习上
