1、Unit 3 Life In the Future教材分析I教学内容分析: 本单元的中心话题是“谈将来”, 内容主要涉及人类对今后生活环境的想象、揣测和思索。 语言技能和语言学问主要围绕“将来生活”这一中心话题进展设计的 Warming up 局部通过一个填表活动引导学生去回忆过去、相识如今和展望将来。 Pre-reading局部首先让学生列举一些当今世界存在的问题,接着要求学生考虑一下在将来社会里哪些问题会克制、哪些问题将恶化。这样就为下面阅读做了铺垫。 Reading 局部以Li Qiang 发自宇宙空间站的电子邮件的形式向读者讲解并描述了他是如何平安到达“将来世界”以及在“将来世界”的第

2、一印象。教师引导学生把阅读的重点放在“将来世界”生活与如今生活的不同点上。 Comprehending 设计了五个教学活动来加深学生对“阅读”(Reading )的理解和复习。活动一设计了5个问题,考察学生对文章主要信息的理解。 活动二要求学生通过阅读找到“将来世界”在以下几方面的改变:跨时空旅行、交通、住房、城镇环境和空气质量。接着学生应当在思索的根底上得出自己的结论,即哪些改变好,哪些改变不好,并说出理由。 活动三要求学生通过阅读来推断李强对将来的看法是乐观的还是悲观的。学生应当在文中找出支持自己观点的论据或例子,尽可能劝服别人。活动四让学生概括每一段的大意和详细信息,并复述课文,更深化地

3、理解课文内容。活动五让学生朗读课文最终一段,留意语音语调和节奏。Learning about language局部突出了本单元的一些重点语汇和语法,通过语篇来考察学生运用本单元局部词汇的实力的练习。语法局部要求学生主动找出阅读语篇中饿重点构造过去分词用定语和状语,然后加以应用。教师要提示学生既要留意语义(meaning )也要留意形式(form). Using Language局部涵盖了听、说、读、写四项语言根本技能。 summing up局部归纳了本单元的主要学内容并让学生自我检测一下效果。Learning tip 局部告知学生在探讨时记笔记的好处和方法。 II教学重点和难点1. 教学的重点

4、(1) 回忆历史,相识如今,展望将来,激发学生的想象力;(2) 学习运用有关预料和揣测的表达方式;(3) 驾驭过去分词作定语、状语的用法;(4) 运用所学的英语写出具有丰富想象力的短文。2. 教学的难点(1) 激发学生的想象力对将来生活进展展望;(2) 驾驭过去分词做定语、状语的用法;(3) 学习对有关预料和揣测的表达方式。III教学安排本单元分六课时:第一、二课时:Warming Up, Pre-reading, Reading, Comprehending第三、四课时:Learning about language, Using Language第五课时:Listening and spe
