14、TION 1. DUTIES 第一部分职责A .Duties of the Employer/agency/master A.雇主、代理人、船长的职责1.To faithfully comply with the stipulated terms and conditions of this contract, particularly the prompt payment of wages, remittance of allotment and expeditious of valid claim of the seafarer. 1.如实地履行本合同所订立条款，尤其是及时支付船员工资，汇

Duties of the Seafarer B.船员职责1.To faithfully comply with and observe the terms and conditions of this contract. 1.诚实地遵守和履行本合同所订立条款。2.To be obedient to lawful commands of the Master or any person who shall lawfully succeed him and to comply with company policy including safety po

22、头的操作人员、港口当局官员和其他与船舶正常营运有关的人士。SECTION 2. COMMENCEMENT/DURATION OF CONTRACT 第二部分合同期及合同那个起始A. The employment contract between the employer and the seafarer shall commence upon actual departure of the seafarer from the international airport in the point of hire or actual boarding the vessel designated b
23、y the employer whichever is earlier. It shall be effective until the seafarer,s date of arrival at the point of hire upon termination of his employment pursuant to Section 15 of this Contract. The seafarer shall travel by air or as otherwise directed at the expense or the employer. 船员应该在雇主规定时间上船任职。船员乘飞机或其他交通方式上船所产生的费用应由雇主承担。SECTION 4. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE 第四部分行李额度

HYGIENE AND VACCINATION 第五部

The seafarer shall keep his quarters and other living spaces-such as mess rooms, toilet, bathrooms, alleyways and recreation rooms in clean and tidy condition to the satisfaction of the master. The work is to be performed outside the seafarer,s regular working hours and for which no overt

The seafarer shall be paid his monthly wages not later than 20 days of succeeding month from the date of the contract until the dat

Seafarers shall conduct themselves in an orderly, faithful, honest and shall at all times be diligent in their respective duties and obedient
32、 to the lawful commands of the Master, or of any person who shall lawfully succeed him, and their superior officers, in everything relating to the vessel, its stores and cargo, whether on board, in boats or on shore. Inconsideration of this service, to be duly performed the Master agrees to pay the
33、undersigned seafarers the wages expressed herein and/or set forth in supplemental provisions and/or agreements. B. 海员应保持忠实、诚信的态度和有序、冷静的处事方式，在任何时候都应该认真履行各自的职责，不论在船上或是在岸上， 都应服从船长或任何依法继任者和上级海员关于船舶、储藏和货物等方面的合法指挥。作为海员充分履行此义务的报酬，船长同意按照本合同规定和/或补充条文规定和/或协议支付海员工资。C. Wages shall commence no later than on the
34、day specified and agreed to in these Articles or at a time of presence on board for the purpose of commencing work whichever first occurs and shall terminate on the day of discharge. 35、s earnings may be allotted to such seafarer?s spouse , children, grandparents, brothers or sisters, or to a bank account in the same of the seafarer. D.如果船长和海员同意，海员的部分收入可分配给该海员的配偶、子女、孙子女、父母、祖父母、兄弟姐妹或存至该海员名下的银行账户。SECTIONG 7. HHOURS OF WORK OR REST 第七部分工作或休息时间A. All seafarers shall be provided with a

The hours of rest may be divided into no more than two period, one of which shall be at least six hours in length, and the interval between consecutive periods of rest shall not exceed 14 hours. The seafarers are given a copy of the records pertaining to them which are endorsed by the master, or a person authorized by the master, and by the seafarers. The master of the ship have the right to require a seafarer to perform any hours of work necessary for the immediate safety of the ship, person on board or cargo, or for the purpose of giving assistance to other
44、 ships or persons in distress at sea。Accordingly ，the master may suspend the schedule of hours of rest and require a seafarer to perform any hours of work necessary until the normal situation has been restored. As soon as practicable after the normal situation has restored, any seafarers who have pe
45、rformed work in a schedule rest period with an adequate period of rest by the master.
