Now, time becomes money and in business transactions costs are increasingly taken into account. It does not take any longer three to four years to sign a joint venture contract. Traditionally companies and people were long term oriented. Time was not understood as a sum of hours, minutes and seconds but as the general course of events and seasons. A radical shift in perspectives is occurring and short-term views now tend to prevail. -
