The ancient silk routes witnessed the bustling scenes of visites and trade over land and ships calling at ports. Along these m
5、ajor arteries of interaction, capital, technology and people flowed freely, and goods, resources and benefits were widely shared. In the 21st century, a new era marked by the theme of peace, development, cooperation and mutual benefit, it is all the more important for us to carry on the Silk Road Sp
6、irit in face of the weak recovery of the global economy, and plex international and regional situations. Development holds the master key to solving all the problems. When Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Central Asia and Southeast Asia in September and October of 2022, he raised the initiative
7、of jointly building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road referred to as the Belt and Road, which have attracted close attention from all over the world. The Belt and Road Initiative is a way for win-win cooperation that promotes mon development and prosperity and a roa
8、d toward peace and friendship by enhancing mutual understanding and trust, and strengthening all-around exchanges. The Chinese government advocates peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit. It promotes practical cooperation in all fields, and works to bui
9、ld a munity of shared interests, destiny and responsibility featuring mutual political trust, economic integration and cultural inclusiveness.中文从历史维度看，人类社会正处在一个大开展大变革大调整的时代；从现实维度看，我们正处在一个挑战频发的世界。和平赤字、开展赤字、治理赤字，是摆在全人类面前的严峻挑战。古丝绸之路见证了路上使者相望于道，商旅不绝于途的盛况，也见证了海上舶交海中，不知其数的繁华。进入21世纪，在以和平、开展、合作、共赢为主题的新时代，面对
