2、le.客人办理入住时可以用外币作为押金。POLICY政策:The foreign currency guest paid as deposit must be included in the acceptable foreign currency.客人所付的外币种类必须是酒店可以接受使用的外币PROCEDURES 程序: 1. When guest request to pay the deposit by foreign currency, Reception must calculate the amount by exchange to RMB.当客人要求以外币作为押金时,不需要兑换为人

3、民币,但是收取的总数可以按照兑换为人民币的金额去确认。2. Upon receive the foreign as deposit, Reception confirm the money amount face to face with guest.前台大使接到外币押金时必须和客人当面确认金额。3. Fill in the receipt form, with guests room number, CRS number, guest name, arrival and departure date, the amount of foreign currency, then write do

4、wn all the serial number of each money.填写押金单收据,包括客人的房号,确认号,名字,到店离店日期,总金额及所有钱币的序号。4. Offer one copy to guest to keep. Remind guest this receipt will be as a proof to refund the money.给客人收据中的一联提醒客人保存并凭此收据退还押金。5. Seal the foreign currency by envelop and hand over to GSM, make comments as ”USD* as DP, k

5、ept in GSM”将押金用信封封好并于下班前交给当班宾客服务经理,在PMS系统中备注“USD* as DP, kept in GSM”6. If guest request to settle the payment by foreign currency, collect the receipt from guest, the foreign currency must exchange to Chinese yuan first and then to settle the payment.如果客人离店时要求用外币结帐,从客人处收回收据,将外币兑换为人民币后进行结帐Reviewed by : Approved by: _ Division Head General Manager2
