1、专业翻译与签证咨询翻译商务翻译商务英文合同中款项支付条款约定支付条款即国际贸易合同中规定的款项交付方式的条款。一般而言，分为汇付、托收和信用证三种支付方式，下面分别介绍具体的合同条款设置：1 1、汇付条款汇付条款汇付（remittance）通常有四个关系人：汇款人 remitter,收款人 payee orbeneficiary,汇出行 remitting bank,汇入行 paying bank。汇付方式分为信汇 mailtransfer （M/T） ,电汇 Telegraphic transfer ( T/T),票汇 remittance by bankers demanddraft(D/
2、D)。汇付通常用于预付款和赊账交易， 应当在合同中明确规定汇付的时间、 具体的汇付方法和金额等内容。例：例：买方应于合同签署后 30 天内电汇货款 10%（计 5000 美元）付给卖方。10% of the total contract value amount 5000 US Dollars as advance payment shall beremitted by the buyer to the seller through telegraphic transfer within 30days aftersigning this contract.例：例：合同签订后 20 个工作日内，

6、以及付款期限等内容。托收关系人包括：委托人 principal,托收银行 remitting bank,代收银行 collecting bank,付款人 payer。托收种类包括： 1、 付款交单 documents against payment, D/P,包括即期付款交单 documentsagainst payment at sight, D/P sight和 远期付款交单documents against paymentafter sight, D/P after sight。2、承兑交单 documents against acceptance, D/A例：例：即期付款交单买方凭卖方
7、开具的即期跟单汇票，于第一次见票时立即付款，付款后交单。Upon first presentation the buyers shall pay against documentary draft drawn by thesellers at sight. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.例：例：远期付款交单买方对卖方开具的见票后 15 天付款的跟单汇票，于第一次提示时予以承兑，并应于汇票到期日即予付款，付款后交单。The buyers shall duly accept the documenta

The shipping documentsare to be delivered against payment only.承兑交单买方对卖方开具的见票后 15 天付款的跟单汇票，于第一次提示时予以承兑，并应于汇票到期日即予付款，承兑后交单。The buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the sellers at

The buyer shall duly accept the doc
12、umentary draft drawn by theseller at 30days sight upon first presentation and make payment on its maturity.The shipping documents are to be delivered against acceptance.3 3、信用证条款信用证条款用信用证letter of credit, L/C 结算，应在合同中对开证时间、开证行、受益人、种类、金额、装运期和到期日等进行明确规定。信用证的当事人包括：开证申请人 applicant,开证银行 opening bank; Iss
13、uing bank,通知银行 advising bank; notifying bank,受益人beneficiary,议付银行 negotiating bank,付款银行 paying drawee bank.例：例：即期信用证支付条款买方应通过卖方可接受的银行于装运月份前 30 天开立并送达卖方不可撤销的即期信用证，有效期至装运月份后 15 天在中国议付。The buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the sellers an irrevocable sightletter of credit to reach the seller

15、 sight to reach the sellers 30days before the month of shipment,valid for negotiation in Beijing until the 15th day after the month of shipment.循环信用证支付条款买方应通过为卖方可接受的银行于第一批装运月份前 30 天开立并送达卖方不可撤销的即期循环信用证，该证在 2010 年期间，每月自动可供 20，000 美元，并保持有效期至 2011 年 1月 15 日在北京议付。The buyers shall open through a bank acce

18、.例例： 保兑的不可撤消的无追索权的以中国远洋运输公司为受益人的信用证， 合同货物全部货款为美元，凭即期汇票并附运输单据向装运港的中国银行议付。By confirmed, irrevocable L/C without recourse in favour of COSCO for the totalvalue of the contracted goods in USD, payable at sight against presentation ofshipping documents to the Bank of China in the port of loading.也可以信用证与汇
19、付、托收结合的方式结算，如：例：例：80%发票金额凭即期光票支付，其余 20%即期付款交单。100%发票金额的全套货运单据随附于托收项下，于申请人付清发票全部金额后交单。80% of the invoice value is available against clean draft at sight while the remaining20% of documents be held against payment at sight under this credit. The full setof the shipping documents of 100% invoice value shall accompany the collection itemand shall only be released after full payment of the invoice value.
