Under such insurance, the indemnity must be payable in US dollars, freely usab
2、le to replace or repair such goods. The Contractor, acting as agent for YY, shall initiate proper action and pursue settlement regarding insurance claims whenever damages and/or losses are inflicted on the goods. The Contractor shall be authorized to receive the indemnity directly from the insurance
